First thing we saw on entering the property were large cockroaches by the pool table. The property is very tired and certainly not luxurious. The beds her hard and uncomfortable. The pool was also not clean and we used it once after cleaning all the leaves out of it. I expect far more for the cost

Spent a wonderful week’s family holiday here (5 adults & 2 children). The villa was well equipped for the children (4yrs & 1yr). Host provided travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. Excellent sized pool and a play area in the garden. Host was responsive, efficient and accommodated all our requests. From the villa to the marina is a pleasant 40 mins stroll or well served by taxi and Uber (around €4).

Very spacious and well equipped.

I liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The swimming pool was quite big and the surrounding area was huge. My grandchildren, children, my wife and myself enjoyed our stay immensely. The only hitch was that the fridge door in the kitchen did not close properly and we had to use one of two fridges kept in the garage.. However apart that we had to be going out to the garage every time we wanted drinks or the food for the barbeque our stay was short but very enjoyable.

A great location

The villa has a very large footprint in a well appointed residential area. The (very) large grounds are well maintained and the pool is a good size for adults and kids alike. This community has access to a number of excellent golf courses and during the summer, is vibrant and just a few minutes in a taxi from Vilamoura Marina, the central hub of the area with great bars and restaurants for families and couples. The villa has 4 en-suite rooms with pull-out kids beds in the twin room. There is a small galley kitchen with large family eating/relaxation area at the centre of the property with a huge garden, BBQ pit etc which would be great for summer entertaining. Our hire was for 4 friends, but it's reasonable that a family or group of 8 could stay here quite comfortably without tripping over each other. There is plenty of cutlery (in bright colours) and Jose (the property owner) was excellent throughout the booking process. He was also kind enough to arrange for a welcome pack which we paid for upon arrival. The property is furnished traditionally rather than modern day hi-tec bling, but had everything we needed. The recent bad weather and storms meant we used the heating rather than the air conditioning, and stayed inside more than we would have wished. I would happily consider returning to this property for our next Portugal golfing trip.

Very spacious house and relaxing garden

We spent a really nice week in your house. We appreciated the shady and quiet garden and our children the playground. It was a pleasure to find this place when we come back from visit in crowded places... The house is very well equipped. I think We'll come back for sure! Clean & tidy villa within walking distance to the Marina/Golf courses

We used this villa for a group of 9 friends on a golfing break. We found the villa to be very clean & spacious with a very nice swimming pool & grounds. Most evenings we would walk to the Marina which would take around 15 minutes. We were also very close to the local supermarket & a couple of restaurants. Jose (owner) was very communicative throughout the whole booking process/before we arrived & also provided someone to meet us on arrival/departure. I would happily rebook this villa for similar trips in the future.

Casa tal como descrito, com 4 suites, grande sala, cozinha pequena. A zona da piscina infelizmente só apanha sol á hora de almoço. A limpeza estava bastante deficiente principalmente na cozinha. Tanto a comunicação com o proprietário como o check in e out são bastante fáceis. A casa é ideal para férias em família com privacidade.

MARAVILLOSA, EXCELENTE, AUTENTICA VILLA DE LUJO

Realmente es una villa de lujo, extraordinaria, espaciosa, la vivienda amplia, acogedora y muy cómoda. Muy bien surtida de mobiliario y ajuar, cubiertos, vajillas, etc. En cuanto al jardín muy grande y bien cuidado, con dos piscinas fantásticas, limpias y preparadas para usar, la iluminación del jardín y de la piscina grande automática y muy oportuna. En el jardín hay dos columpios y un tobogán muy apropiados para los niños. La vivienda, en general es ideal para los niños, y por supuesto para la familia. Hemos pasado tres días fantásticos en familia y aunque estábamos en una localidad muy turística casi no hemos salido. En cuanto al recibimiento y entrega de llaves también fenomenal, gracias a la señora Silvana por su acogimiento y buen hacer con su bienvenida, disponibilidad y amabilidad.

Magnífica estancia en Vilamoura

La estancia en esta villa ha sido estupenda. La recomendaría siempre. La casa es mejor aún de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías. Tanto el propietario como la persona que nos recibieron a la entrada han sido muy amables. El exterior está muy bien cuidado con una gran superficie de césped en perfecto estado. Si hay algo que mejoraría, son las toallas y sabanas que son un poco viejas. Este es el motivo por el que no le doy cinco estrellas aunque quizás sería más justo cuatro estrellas y media pero el sistema no me deja. Obrigado por tudo Sr Boquinhas, foi um prazer ficar na sua casa e até a próxima porque voltaré em breve. Os meus melhores cumprimentos
