It’s a bed and shower but remote control didn’t have batteries, critters crawling on the floor from the bathroom to front door, smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and lastly woke up to creepy crawling insects on me in bed. Needless to say I didn’t need an alarm clock. Immediately took a cold shower and checked out.

Roach infested hotel

This place is disgusting! They are infested with roaches and hotels.com is a joke as well. I contacted them for a refund for one day once I discovered that my room was infested with roaches and they refused to give me a refund unless the hotel said it was OK. They wouldn’t even help me. So I definitely would never rent from them again and I sure won’t go to this nasty disgusting place again. I intend to report these people to the health department because I advised them of the roaches and they acted like it was no big deal. They never one time apologized for the trouble. They didn’t care that I lost all of my food because once I made my food and I turned around for a second to go to the bathroom and came back it was covered with roaches. They offered to move my room next-door, which, as I stated was not going to change anything because they were infested, but I went ahead and moved anyway, and like I said it didn’t do anything because they were infested over there as well. I literally left for the day for several hours, and when I came back, there were roaches on my bed and inside my bags. It’s so bad that there is absolutely no way that they are unaware of this, but they just don’t care. Hotels.com didn’t care either so I’m done with them too. I would never ever suggest anybody go through hotels.com or rent a room from these people here.

Usually always stay here when I visit Louisville, 3 times this year, but honestly was deterred and miffed at the fact they took half my deposit, $50.00, due to there being paw prints on the white sheets after a rainy few days when I stay at motel 6 chains due to their dog friendly policy and find it a little weird that white sheets with paw prints that will ultimately be bleached for a small insignificant amount of money was charged to me at the rate of $50.00 to bleach them.
