The place was very nice. Huge kitchen. We didn’t use the hot tub, unfortunately, and the unshoveled snow kept us from using the sauna. Beds were comfortable. Loved the tub and showers. Overall, we would stay there again!

Outdoor area was beautiful and as advertised. Communication with host was quick and problem was easily solved. I will say, the house is in some need of repairs. There are areas in the kitchen where you would sink when stepping in and there was definitely a fear of the floor breaking. Otherwise, for a friends trip it was nice.

Very nice property! Clean and beds were very comfortable. The outside area is nice also! Had my coffee every morning sitting outside and enjoying the weather and scenery.

We weren’t able to access the house until about an hour later than check in time. The hot tub never came on for us to enjoy which is the ONLY reason we wanted this home for our brief stay. Definitely wasnt worth almost 800 for 2 nights. The house was clean other than having to clean off the patio…

The hot tub had crud floating inside of it looked like it had not been cleaned in months paint was peeling off bathroom ceilings bugs everywhere inside the home killed so many flies and bugs inside

Wasn’t represented as advertised. The house and especially outdoor space is in need of serious repairs. Can’t sit on outside furniture because of mildew and dirt. The spa was dirty.The shower floor has mold and the ceiling paint is peeling off. Garbage floor apparently had carpet and was removed leaving an unfinished look. Cobwebs in between dirty windows and screens. Whole house needs painted. After talking to host he reminded us that we should have complained the first day or left the property. He said obviously we weren’t the clientele for this property. Wonder who is? 2 stars at best

Such an enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at Derby home. Was a short distance from great restaurants in Jeffersonville and a short drive to many distilleries in Louisville across the river. Tyler was very helpful in answering any questions we had. Definitely would stay again!

Nice property with great outdoor space

Highlight of this property is definitely the outdoor space! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor seating, and fenced in yard.The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood minutes from Louisville. Garage space available for use. Towels, blankets, and dishes were well stocked. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property, especially for families and travelers with pets.

Perfect for what we needed it for

Location was quiet. Hot tub was a nice addition. Sauna wasnt working at the time of our stay, but not a deal breaker for us as we probably wouldnt have used it anyway. Beds were comfy. House appeared clean. We brought our kiddos and dog and everyone was comfortable. Yard is small, but it worked. The house was as described in the listing, and the host was great.

Family getaway

We were looking for somewhere to getaway with our pup and this place was amazing! The location in Jeffersonville and within 15 min to downtown Louisville was such a bonus! Was nice to have a few playgrounds within 5 min of the house for the kids and plenty of places to walk around and explore. Tyler was so responsive and extremely helpful. Would love to go back!

Wonderful oasis

We loved this cute and inviting home on a quiet street. The super private backyard with hot tub, patio, and sauna was like a private retreat. The large dining rm /living rm /kitchen was a great community space for our family gathering.

This place is so cute!

This home checked off all the boxes! It was spacious enough that we were all comfortable, and the fenced yard was great for the dogs! Communication with the property manager was wonderful and prompt. I would definitely stay here again! Jeffersonville is soo cute!
