La Casita del Jardín

La Casita del Jardín is a small studio of about 36 m², plus the outdoor porch. The bedroom, with two beds, is located on a slightly lower level of the ground floor (4 steps) and includes a wardrobe and a traditional cedar chest.

On the main level, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a dining table and a small side cabinet. You will also find a bathroom with a small bathtub and, just outside it, two individual armchairs that create a cozy little sitting area.

At the entrance of the apartment, there is a porch with a table for two and a handmade Adirondack chair. In front of the porch, a private garden with about 50 m² of lawn offers a perfect space to relax outdoors.

Access to the Casita del Jardín is completely independent from the Casa Grande. It is reached through an exterior door of the property that leads directly to the garden and then to the Casita’s private porch.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

We stayed in Casita del Jardin, and we will repeat for sure if we come back to Tenerife. The little house was really cute and cozy, perfect for a couple's vacation. There was everything we needed, all of the kitchen and house equipment, plus the house is beautifully decorated and located in a small pretty garden. Mercadona and Lidl are in walkable distance. Plus there is a good parking space right next to the property. Javier is an amazing host, he was always replying quickly to our questions and was always available; he arranged for us a wonderful wine from local winery which we really enjoyed and asked him for extra bottles, which were delivered on the same day. This is the perfect place if you are looking for something more local and "with soul and spirit". Thank you Javier for our perfect vacation!
