Could not have found a home in a better location. Close enough to walk, but just far enough from all the action. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen suitably stocked, patio was quiet and a perfect place to sit with friends and catch up.

We loved the house. Its location was ideal since it’s very close to the center of town. It also had an incredibly well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. In addition, the backyard is beautifully landscaped and a perfect place to relax.

Six of us stayed at this home and it was a great fit for our group. The location is superb and the house had just what we needed to get things ready for a wedding weekend for our daughter. The kitchen was roomy and had lots of items which made it very useful. We were able to relax and the location within a block of town made it perfect for walking to great spots for dining.

The home was truly a block away from Los olivos main blocks, it’s a small town. Only 10 min from Solvang and about 45 min from downtown Santa Barbara. The the home was very comfortable and clean.

The pros: easy check in, good location, very well-stocked home, beautiful gardens, private, good WiFi & TV. The cons: could really use a solid spring cleaning, in and out. Cobwebs in the curtains in the king bed, outdoor table had not been wiped down in ages, outdoor furniture needs to see a broom, hammock broken. The house was more rustic than I expected from the description. It could benefit from better lighting, upgraded linens, lighter walls, and upgraded furniture to qualify as elegant in my book.

Awesome place!

This house feels secluded but is around the corner from everything in Los Olivos. You can’t ask for a better location. The backyard was also really nice to sit and enjoy. I will definitely book this place again!

Cute house in a great location!

This house worked out perfectly for our group of friends staying for a couple days in the valley. Incredible location, and house is exactly as the pictures show. There was an AC issue when we first arrived it was fixed within minutes. Backyard area could use a tiny bit of maintenance--seat cushions were a little worse for wear and the string lights were mostly dead. Didn't take away from a great stay!

Ladies Wine Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The home is very nice with plenty of room. The outsipatio was You can’t beat the location. It’s a few steps from town that has some great tasting rooms and restaurants. You can also find some places with live music.

Great Location….BUT

Our son woke up in horror with what appeared to be rodent droppings on his pillow and the floor. He was in the room with the two twin beds. The property also has lots of spiders and cobwebs outside the door, patio, and gate area. The owner responded only by saying ‘ok I’m in it thanks’. Not sure if they meant to say on it or were actually in the house. Didn’t seem surprised, mortified, or apologetic. I also do not believe that we were the only renter to experience this. We are evaluating any health effects, and may have a further response for the owner and VRBO. See pictures included and make your own conclusion.

Incredible location, great stay

Location was unbeatable, able to take a short saunter to wine tasting and lovely restaurants. Owner very responsive, accommodations were comfortable and we felt at home. The star of the show was the gorgeously landscaped back yard views I enjoyed during my morning coffee

Nice place, Hidden but Central

Rustic Aesthetic Comfy (like Los Olivos), and it is very convenient for walking around the middle of town, so we liked it a lot. Up on a little hill, hidden by trees, so feels private. Truly 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, as shown, and bonus bed on upstairs loft space. Nice yard and deck. Well equipped kitchen. Our only complaints were about small things: a couple of lights didn’t work, a bathtub valve that leaked (not an inconvenience for us), that sort of thing. So maybe needs a bit more hands-on maintenance and care, but overall very comfortable and excellent location for the price. We would certainly come back.

Nice house in a great location

Six of us really enjoyed our stay here - it was a very comfortable size for the group. The location was perfect - a couple of blocks from tasting rooms and restaurants, and short drives to other places in the region, like Solvang and Buellton. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.The master bedroom was the closest to Highway 154, so there was a bit of traffic noise from that room, though that did go away at night. It was never bad, though.
