Located one block to Medano beach at Marina Sol Residences and Resort ***We now have free calling for all our guests , that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Corner Penthouse with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection.
The Corner Penthouse has purified water in the Kitchen and all bathrooms
Note * All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Note * The twin beds can be made into a King bed upon request.
Note * Free Wireless internet is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
Note * Guests can receive all incoming calls free.
Note * Master Suite #1 has a Hotel safe for any valuables you may have.

The Great Room
When you enter the Corner Penthouse you are greeted by the spacious Great room which features 16 feet vaulted Ceilings and a large entertainment area with a 60 inch flat screen TV that gets over 200 channels thru our private Satellite feed. The stereo system is iPod friendly and has Bluetooth technology. The Great Room area also features a bar and lots of sofas and seating for socializing and has free worldwide calling for all our guests , we also have a 6th bathroom ( powder room in the great room )

Large Modern Kitchen
The Large Modern Kitchen has all high end stainless steel appliances and is all in Granite and features a Granite Island with seating for 10. The Kitchen and dining area is perfect for preparing gourmet meals and we can arrange a private chef upon request. Located beside the dining room is the outside terrace and features pocket doors that fold right into the wall allowing the dining area and terrace to be all the same open area. The outside terrace also has seating for 8 and has a propane BBQ .The View from the terrace is of the City of Cabo and features great Sunsets and faces west

The Master Suite
The first level of The Penthouse features the Master Suite which is the largest Suite in the Penthouse and has an adjoining 3 piece private bathroom featuring finishes in granite and marble. The Master Suite has a King size bed, mini bar fridge, 40 inch flat screen TV and a Futon bed for sleeping an extra person

The Oasis Suite
The first level of the Penthouse also features the Oasis Suite set up with two twin beds or can easily be set up with a King Size bed upon request. Located beside the Oasis Suite is a private three piece bathroom all in Marble finishes

The Sunset Suite
The upper level of The Penthouse features the Sunset Suite which can be set up with a King size or with two – twin beds upon request . Since this is a very large bedroom and upon request we can also set up an additional twin bed. The Sunset Suite has an entertainment or play area and a nice view of the Town of Cabo. The Three Piece En suite bathroom is very large and is finished in marble.

The Tropical Suite
The upper level also features the Tropical Suite #3 which features a King Size bed or the room can easily be set up with 2 – twin beds. Master Suite #3 has a very luxurious bathroom featuring a huge Jacuzzi soaker tub, stand up shower and beautiful marble counter top

The Loft Suite
The upper level also has the Loft Suite which has bunk beds set up with a Queen Size bed below and twin size bed above. The Loft Suite also has its own private 3 piece bathroom

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Cabo Squad Goals Achieved!

We absolutely love Cabo—we visit three times a year—and this was our first time staying at Marina Sol. We had a group of nine and wanted a place where we could all stay together, so we booked Penthouse A702.Although the building was undergoing renovations during our stay, it had no impact on our experience whatsoever. The unit was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had more than enough towels, supplies, and everything else we needed to feel right at home.The entire resort staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool bar was a highlight—delicious food, great atmosphere, and daily drink specials that we really enjoyed.One of the biggest reasons we chose Marina Sol was its unbeatable location. We love being close to the action, and this spot was perfect. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Mango Deck, The Office, and the must-visit Edith’s. For nightlife, Squid Roe and several other hotspots are only about a 10-minute walk away. Plus, having Walmart just a block away was super convenient for any essentials.We had an amazing time at Marina Sol and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Boys trip in Cabo

Excellent condo in an excellent location. The condo was very nice and well appointed. Service was excellent. Location was exceptional. Literally 2-5 blocks easy walk to everything in Cabo....Mango Deck, Beach, Marina, Downtown. Neighborhood filled with local bars and restaurants. Perfect Bachelorette stay!!

We loved the corner penthouse for our stay in Cabo. Plenty of room for my group of 10, super clean, and comfy beds. The location was perfect!! Super close to beach bars for the daytime and nightclubs. We loved having two grocery stores right beside us as well. Would highly recommend!

property is very clean, no pantry, washer/dryer up on the second floor, horrible view can't see the any water the condo looks over a construction site. nice little patio, Ivan was very helpful and deserves codos. might be better with view of the pool, location is good but no Ocean.

A Great Place for Multiple Peioke

The property was exactly what we needed. Not great views, but close to the beach and the Marina, so could walk everywhere. Place could use a little TLC, but we cooked and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing family vacation

We had 7 people including two young kids with us. The location was great. The pool was fantastic and warm. There was a nice shop downstairs in the building. Concierge very helpful. Location was fantastic. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store one block away. Nice gym in the neighborhood. Super close to the beach and marina. Rooms clean. All amenities there. All cooking equipment you could ever need. I’ll be back.

We loved our stay here. Ivan and the other concierge staff were extremely helpful. The condo was roomy and comfortable. It was clean and a beautiful place! The only small issue we had was to get a pool chair we had to go down pretty early.

Great Central Location

This was a great property for our needs. We were down in Cabo with 10 guys for several days of fishing. The penthouse property had ample room for us to spread out and also gather to get to know each other. Loved the fact that it was just a short walk up and down the hill to get to the Marina. The property grounds were nice, and we took advantage of the bar, pool and restaurant several times. All the staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay - coming back

Our group of 7 adults had the most wonderful stay. There was plenty of space in the penthouse for everyone to have their own space (and bathroom) with large communal area for us to cook and hangout. The pool is wonderful and sunny all day. The location is perfect. 5 mins walk to the main beach. 5 mins walk to a huge grocery store and shopping complex. And less than 10 mins walk to harbour. I highly recommend this spot

We really enjoyed our stay in Penthouse 702. it was great to have a 5 bedroom pad close to the beach with all the amenities of a resort (restaurant, room service, pool bar, pool, etc. the kitchen island is ideal for family time. Excellent location, excellent property

The property is listed as a condo but feels much more like a community with a ton of services available. Excellent penthouse suite with a beautiful view, a short 8m walk (uphill and then downhill) to Medano Beach (this is the location to be), and a short 10m walk in the other direction to downtown. We easily walked every day even in 90F heat without any issues. Property is extremely clean, friendly, and safe. It feels like a resort but is quieter than a resort. 1st floor has a coffee shop, full bar, gift shop, concierge, and full time security. Our penthouse (5bed 5bath) had individually controlled A/C in every room including living room and seating area, plenty of cool air when you need it. We didn't bring our kids but the location would be kid friendly although the main pool area isn't fenced and our balcony wouldn't be safe for young kiddos if you have little ones. Couldn't have asked for a better location and service. Thanks!

Great location, clean, spacious, and incredibly helpful property manager!

We had a great stay at Marina Sol and stayed at the Corner Penthouse. The property is so close and convenient to everything. For an older property, everything on the grounds, lobby, and rooms were maintained nicely. Our only issue was the master bedroom air-conditioning unit which could use replacing. It was working to it's maximum according to maintenance but it only went down to 76 degrees F at the coolest, which was too warm in hot weather. The rest of the rooms however cooled nicely. The pool area was great, not crowded at all and clean. The spa for massages at salon was super convenient and clean. Ivan, the property manager, was the absolute BEST! Always reachable, responsive, and helpful. Just his hospitality is worth the visit!

Walking distance to the Marina and Medano Beach. The suite was amazing, in need of some minor maintenance, but nothing too bad. The pool area is great and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommended.

Resort management and staff EXCELLENT. They are very helpful, friendly and make everything easy: transportation, COVID testing, and suggestions for activities & restaurants. There were some mishaps. Beds are very uncomfortable. We went to local Walmart and bought a king size cushion and left it on the bed. Water/Plumbing not good. If two or more people showered at the same time all would be taking COLD shower. Sink drains in kitchen and bathrooms were dirty - very hard to look at when brushing teeth. Elevators went out and so did water during our stay. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Cabo Escape

We had a great stay here at Clint’s property. Marina Sol is an older property that has a lot of private owners. Each owner updates their own property and so the pics that you see are exactly what it looks like. There were 9 of us..... 4 couples and one single. We enjoyed hanging out together at the big kitchen table but there are so many rooms and nooks in the property that you could easily have privacy. We spent a lot of time at the pool which wasn’t super crowded and it was easy to social distance. The food as well as the service at the pool bar was amazing! Claudia, Daniel and Jimmy were so nice! Clint and Julie arranged for us to get our Covid tests privately in the Condo. The Dr. showed up promptly, spoke English and gave all nine of us our tests. He was in and out in 20 min. While we were doing that, we also had Chef Daniel prepare us breakfast. It was really delicious and I highly recommend having him come to cook you a private dinner. Our tests were $75 per person. The results arrived the following day... 48 hours prior to our departure and printed out and given to us. We had no problems at the airport. The whole process was painless and hassle free. The views are unremarkable- you won’t see the beach at all, however the location could not be better! We were able to walk all over town, to the Marina, to the beach, to restaurants, shopping etc. One of our crew has a prosthetic leg and cannot walk super long distances without pain and he had no issues. To sum it up, we definitely would stay here again! In fact we’re already planning our next trip. It was clean. All of our questions and needs were answered promptly by Clint or Julie. All the staff wore masks and asked guests to wear masks too in community spaces. I think our whole group agreed that Cabo has it down - between being safe during the pandemic but also allowing businesses to be open. I never felt unsafe. It was so nice to finally get away, see the sun and be with friends! Thanks to everyone who made it a great holiday for us!
