Room looked GREAT Wife LOVED the view and bathroom The phone in the room did not work I either had to go downstairs 7 floors to ask for multiple things or used my cellphone instead of inoperable room phone I WAS CHARGED $50 for PARKING and I DIDNT PARK MY CAR

Overall everything was fine, with the exception of some small glitches; such as shower doors that unless checked from slamming can be heard in another room. And a broken coffee maker. I look forward to my next visit.

Even with the whole COVID situation the staff was perfect. They help me and solve everything!! BHH is the best, hands down

ICONIC view of the pool, I love it! will be back

Had a wonderfull room pool bungalow great dinning and had a vip treatment tx to orbitz

I did not care for the wait staff at the poolside restaurant, they over- charged me and were rude and I experienced slow service. I did not appreciate the very worn out towels in the room and the fact that they were unable to provide me with a clothing steamer.

Liked the staff, the history, and the nightly galas.

Awesome place and the perfect location. This will be my new go-to when I come to LA

The tablet in my room didn't work and was in fact frozen. My phone didn't work - completely unable to dial-out or call room service. No in-room dining menu or other property information. Might have been stored on the frozen tablet - who knows. Hotel feels old and dated and like the glory days are long gone. Paid $30 for a dinner salad which arrived slightly brown and completely warm. Paid Beverly Hills price for a week and food but received a Des Moines, IA stay. Not impressed and will not be returning for business trips. Unfortunate and very disappointed. Happily returning to the Courtyard Century City for a much better experience.

we upgraded to a balcony room and middle of the evening water broke upstairs and starting flooding our patio, vent in the shower was full of mildew and my wife suffered extreme reaction to the mildew allergy Awful experience

Nice hotel, friendly staff, prompt room service, clean room, comfortable bed.

Very small room, did not upgrade even though we had status with Hilton. Very small pool area. No views. Car was lost twice by the hotel staff and took forever to find when eventually found. Was not up to par with Hilton standards.

Hotel is in walking distance to main attractions and activities.
