Dirty walls, carpet, chipped paint everywhere, broken locks inside room, no screens on windows, buzzing fridge etc

Everything was good nice hotel closed to many restaurants

Lobby looked nice and room including the bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded from 2 queen beds to 2 king size beds, this was good. The halls and the outside grounds of the facility were very filthy. The carpet on all 3 levels were extremely dirty and torn; not upkept at all. Tiles outside were either broken or missing. On our last day, our bathroom was missing the shower curtain and we informed the staff but all we got was " you could have called earlier to get one".. front desk did not even care or showed any concerned about this issue.

From the outside, the hotel looks pretty average but once you step into the room it's a total disappointment. There were numerous stains on the carpet and ceiling, the furniture was run down and musty and the whole room overall was outdated. Everything felt dirty and not up to par with my expectations, especially for the rate the rooms were going for.

Sheets seemed dirty. Our room had a sofa bed, which was intended for our son. It was dirty, torn up, and uncomfortable. One of our worst experiences!

The Quality Inn is under the standard of others of the same chain of hotels. I expected to have a environment that others that I have been before...

Hotel was OK, a little dated and not up to normal Quality Inn Standards. Rooms were fine, but I thought I was in a third world country. Location was great, but staff unable to answer simple requests like do you have a map of the facility so I can find my room, NO. Can you print up a map of how to get to Dodger's Stadium, NO. Can you tell me how much a cab would be to get there, NO. etc. Simple things like this were what Quality Inns were known for. Now i need a translator to talk to the staff. I would stay again, but I would be better prepared and not expect any normal services.

So I stayed at quality inn for not even a day and at night their was a raid from swat and police to get us out of our rooms at 1am because they are trying to get a couple people out to arres and for the police to tear gas the hotel to get them out we( customers) had to get out of the hotel and stay in the hotel lobby across the street for about 2-3 hours. are they freaking serious. it was cold. I decided to call orbitz to refund me and to get out of that hotel asap- I was furious. thank you orbiz for accommodating me to stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend no one to stay. I live in freaking san jose and to drive 5-6 hours and I would recommend you want a rest stay somewhere else.

everything was run down and old, not enough staff, and did not smell great

I stayed here the night before my daughter's graduation and was convenient to get to and from the university. It's one stoplight away from the freeway and from a food store and multiple other fast food locations. The staff don't wear name tags or introduce themselves, they seem to want to be somewhere else. The receptionist, Lori, was rude and condescending. There is no elevator so if you can't go up three flights of stairs I'd inquire about a room on the first floor. The A/C unit didn't cool the room, the TV remote didn't work I had to go down to the reception area 3 times, they didn't have batteries to replace on the remote. There is plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about having to find a spot. The wifi did not connect, basically you have no wifi at this hotel.
