Beautiful boutique hotel close to UCLA. Unfortunately, there was a leak in the bathroom that they were never able to fix during our stay. They said it was condensation from the air conditioner, but it dripped all day and all night. Other than that, the accommodations were very nice.

Small hotel with 44 huge suites near UCLA campus. Immaculate apartments (really)with bedroom, huge living room, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, as well as clothes washer and drier!

It make me feel like home, good location . Very Friendly staffs .

Greeted by being berated by staff for using Orbitz to make reservation- I advised that Orbitz discounts was the only incentive discounts found to be able to afford the hotel. More directed to long term stay; falls short for get away weekend staycation- no onsite anything (no jacuzzi, pool, Fitness, restaurant, bar). Kitchen present but no cook utensils, dryer takes forever to dry clothes since electric ( 2hours for cotton items), Large junior suite room but no lounge around couch, just 2 rigid straight chairs, purchased premium room with terrace and disappointing to just get a French door peep out without a sit or stand zone, had to rearrange furniture for working desk, eat station and still be able to see TV. Shower space very small despite a very large bathroom space. no hair blowers. Bottom line: pricey boutique hotel in Westwood that could have hit the mark for excellence but falls short to be worth the cost for the stay given so many nearby hotels that can hit the mark for same or lower rate and offer full hotel services.

Everything thing about this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are huge with really comfortable beds, a large separate living room and a small bar-style kitchen. I wish we didn’t have to leave! The hotel staff remembers your name and is great about giving recommendations. Everything you need is within walking distance. Even a Target and Whole Foods.

Loved the Plaza La Reina. Put up several VIP guests there and the service was impeccable. Rooms are huge and spotless. Location is ideal at the edge of Westwood - quiet but steps to everything.

my room was huge with kitchen and washer dryer. quiet area and I found free overnight parking nearby

The hotel is luxurious. Rooms have full kitchens and laundry facitlities. They are beautifully furnished and arranged around a central courtyard. A block from the Hammer Museum. Easy walking to UCLA and Westwood village.

Safe, Well appointed, large, quiet & clean rooms. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Private underground garage parking. No bar or restaurant, but close to great restaurants and bars. Whole Foods, Traderjoes, UCLA and shopping all within walking distance. If in town for business or vacation you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Great stay at the hotel!!! Love the hotel decoration and location.

if only all hotels were this good! Comfortable and tasteful.

Although a bit more price wise than we would normally prefer to spend, this boutique spot in Westwood was a real treat. It was right off Wilshire Avenue near restaurants, shops, and UCLA campus. We were helping our son move to Brentwood area so this location was convenient to our helping him with that as we were able to have some nice meals with him in the area and the Target at Westwood Village was a real bonus to get him things he needed.
