Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, which is currently underway. We shovel have been told about the construction. Carpets are worn and stained, elevators are beat up, bathrooms are old, floors and walls shake, soundproofing is terrible.

Fast service. The best overall experience of the 4 hotels on this trip.

The staff was really nice and polite but $500 for a 200 sq foot room was a little outrageous. Originally I booked the Luxe on sunset with 600 sq ft. I had to change it and the orbitz rep told me that the Beverly Hills Luxe had the same room but at $100 more. I was so disappointed with the size that I checked out and ended up going somewhere else.

Truly BAD hotel. Trifecta of bad experiences. Upon check-in at 9:00 pm, we were told the hotel would not have water, heat or AC from 10 pm to 5:30 am due to "inspections". the letter we were handed showed that the hotel knew about this two days prior (to write a letter explaining the inspections and shutdowns for the night of our check in ANd the previous night...) no one from the hotel contacted us so that we could change our plans. We were also informed that their room service closed at 8:45 pm, but we could order from grubhub.....not a 4 star experience....more like a hampton inn. I'd asked for a quiet room, was given one that backed up to the elevator. after walking in, closing the door and then hearing the elevator moving, I went down to reception to change rooms. Was given a key to another room, went up - key card would not work. After another trip downstairs, new key card and back up with a porter, key card still did not work. Porter mutters that they were supposed to have fixed it, bypasses it to let me in and calls maintenance. Another 30 minutes to wait while someone comes up, takes lock apart and fixes battery. next morning woken up at 5:30 am by AC coming back on, sounded like a mac truck, walls vibrating. Front desk offers 50% discount. I ask for the manager (who is not on site) to call me when she comes in. Never happens. There are MUCH better hotels in the area. I'd recommend either the Beverly Wilshire or the Viceroy L'Ermitage. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL,

The location is amazing. You are in the center of Beverly Hills on Rodeo and it feels like you are a star in your own movie.

Super easy check-in...got to sit down in a comfy chair and had a free glass of wine .. my 17 yr old was psyched there was also free food and sparkling water ... room was freshly painted and immaculate ... rooms are small but did not bother me ... rooftop gym was amazing in the morning ... I was able to exercise outside and watch the fog burn off ...Was cool and beautiful .. gym is tiny but ample outdoor space for me to set up my laptop (WiFi was great up there) and workout with my exercise program. Breakfast was good and ample for my son ... really enjoyed this hotel overall and was a great price as I recall

very small room, but it is Hollywood clean and nice amenities no pool, but was offered to go to sister hotel and use theirs free drinks in lobby in evening was very nice breakfast was also very good

I like the location, the price for me is too expensive for the room because I expect more nice, clean, and good services. The towels has stains. Well not all. The room is small. The AC in the room isn't work well... we try to contact by phone 3 times but no one come to fixed until the next day we talked with some one in the front desk, she give us a new room. In new room have another problem, the safety deposit box can't work. So we try to call 5 times but no one come to fixed it. Until we check out few days later still no one fixed it.

This is how we learn and grow. In recognizing there were some opportunities to handle some items differently, your experience has been brought to the attention of the appropriate parties. We will use this example as a training model to prevent this from happening in the future. Again, our apologies for your experience and if your travels return you to the Beverly Hills area, we would welcome the opportunity to regain your trust in us. Sincerely, Adrienne General Manager
