Staff was very kind. But. There was no shampoo or conditioner. I called the front desk and they sent someone to fill the containers up. And then the dispensers were broken so I still didn't have any soap for my hair. And then I asked for wash cloths and was told they don't carry wash cloths? And they gave me Two more bath towels. Big bummer

Someone was smoking in the next room to ours and all the smoke came to our room. Woke up in the morning with a terrible headache. First thing we did is we called the front desk and they told us just to switch on the fan in the bathroom. Also we asked to change our bed sheets when we were leaving the hotel and when we came back bed sheets were the same , nothing has been replaced and also it was smelling disgustingly bad in our room and it was a smell of a cigarettes. Security came up to check the room and they changed the room so we had to move all our staff from room to other room and all at night. Manager did nothing, didn’t even tried to contact us.
