Room was clean and cleaned everyday, WiFi was so-so as it disconnected a lot. The air conditioning was nice and cool when needed. Everything was good till receiving the final bill. I was charged $52 a day/night for self parking what they call (self valet) that was a total surprise to me when I was never told this would be a charge.

Guys, While this hotel has plenty of self parking available—they only allow you to valet for over 50$ a night!! If you drive right past the hotel—there is a public parking lot right next door on the same side of the road that is from 6$ to 12$ for a 24 hour period. Definitely worth the very short hop over from the public parking lot to the hotel. We stayed two nights and paid 12$ to park!!

The beach view was amazing, especially enjoyed it while having brunch at the restaurant. Great staff, took good care of us. Beach is literally right out the door, you can walk it with ease. Very much enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend.

The check-in staff were anything but friendly. They had to shut off water for three hours, mid-day, and the hot water never returned after that for the remainder of the day, into our morning of departure. We had to take a cold shower. The water also did not taste healthy after the outage. Our sleep was repeatedly interrupted in the early morning hours by screaming (likely unhoused) people outside the hotel, and one morning, at 6am, loud trucks making backup sounds were directly outside our room. The weight room had missing dumbbells. Not a good stay. And a ridiculous $50+ per day parking fee, and top of that.

Nice hotel - most staff were nice - one was rather rude, there's always a rotten apple somewhere lol - the parking was crazy - we had to wait for people to unload before we could go around and park - could have been a better way - parking is costly as well. The room was large and clean, we had a corner room and it was pretty quiet. Some traffic noise at certain times but not terrible. I'd stay there again. Close to my old stomping grounds, convenient to airport too.

Check-in was at 3pm we got there at 2:58pm and still had to wait till around 3:20pm for the room to be ready. But when we got into the room the toilet was broken and had to wait in the room for around 30 mins for it to be fixed. the bath tub was also clogged. There was no screen for the balcony door. So don't leave the door open unless you like bugs going into your room. The was no place to hang your clothes or towels in the bath room. The highlight was the onside Restaurant. The was really good both dinner and breakfast.

This property worked great for our family of four with kids age 11 and 9. Having access to both a pool and a beach was extremely convenient. The water bus is also walking distance. We stayed in a one bedroom, which provided a separate living room area and 2nd bathroom in addition to the bedroom and attached en suite bathroom. Also the bed was comfortable which was important to us. This set up was perfect. Do NOT reserve the executive one bedroom suite if you want separate space for kids. There is no door between the bed and the rest of the suite and for a family of four. We made this mistake and I must credit the front desk staff for finding a way to move us to a regular one bedroom unit .. that absolutely saved our vacation. If you’re considering this property: I strongly recommend getting one of the units that faces the bay. The ones on the street side would be much less inspiring and a lot more approximate to lots of traffic noise. The restaurant is expensive and does not have a kids menu. For dinner time you need reservations or you will have to sit at the bar. The cheesecake factory is walking distance so that is a plus. The pool is regularly out of towels, so consider bringing bath towels if you go down to the pool. They provide good access to ask for support through a chat function, but this hotel seems to be understaffed so it takes one to two hours for them to execute your requests. If fast response service is a priority, maybe not this place.

Rooms are quite ok, but swimming pool totaly disaster The hotel advertises they have 2swimming pools :-) But dimension of 1of them is 1x1m :-) 2nd pool very dirty and small with 6 metal sunbeds worser than in 1 star hotel by the motorway No reccomend for this proce You can find better options in this area
