Condemned buildings next door. Terrible area. Horrible beds, thin walls, feared for our lives

Sketchy hotel, everything smelled of smoke: both cigarettes and weed. The parking was limited and only one gate was open so you have to go in and out of the one-way, and just hope no one is going the opposite way when you do it.

All those nice pictures are all deceiving. It was more of a secrion 8 hotel. Trashy

The owners were very nice and accomodating. Rooms need an update especially the beds and outlets.

I liked the attention , the location near to airport ,there are restaurants very close to the hotel and you can take the red bus to go to Universal studios and orange bus to go to Beverly Hills . The only thing is that I was unable to pay with my debit card and my boyfriend really nice paid with is credit card . Orbitz please adviced to customers that payment is with credit card or cash . Thanks

Great location. Convenient to local food places and transport

WiFi Didn’t Work, Towels Were Flithy Upon Arrival, Tv Signal Was Horrible, Staff Wasn’t Helpful At All!

This is an old 60s vintage hotel run by decent people. It is cleaned properly, but it is somewhat decayed and so can't be made pristine without a major renovation, which wouldn't be economically feasible given the neighborhood, which is at the far northern end of the seedy part of Sepulveda Blvd. You are not in the bad part, but a couple blocks away from it. The room was not smelly except that a strong odor of bleach was present at first. The sheets were clean (important!) and the shower, toilet and sink worked properly. The television only had about a dozen channels and nothing interesting, which would be okay EXCEPT... I could not get a WIFI signal in the room. This was a deal-killer for me. If you need a reasonably-priced room, forget the San Fernando Valley. But this was the best compromise between price and comfort that I could find. If only the WIFI worked...
