We were in town to visit Universal studios and this hotel was very convenient for that! The beds were pretty hard but the staff was friendly, parking was easy, it was easy to get to and was a fun place to stay!

We love that the parking is free. Breakfast is basic but I can't complain. The rooms are clean. We did not have any problem and we felt safe staying there with kids.

I was able to check in online, which sped up the arrival provess. The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. It also had a balcony, which was nice. The lobby has a small assortment of drinks and snacks for sale. We called the front desk for an iron and it was delivered to our room within minutes. We were very pleased with our stay.

Nice place, but staff not super friendly. Also, we loleft an item behind and I have called 6 times and been assured by the front desk and housekeeping that I would be called back, but still haven't. It is very frustrating not to get communication back and be told that the hotel is "over booked."

It's an older place, but the decor plays up 'vintage'. The housekeeping staff was excellent, friendly and quick to respond to request. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, and clean.

Express - Depends on what you’re looking for…

Definitely could use a renovation. The room we stayed in felt like it had wallpaper borders from the 90’s. Interesting and very dated wall art. Bathroom lighting was like a luminescent tube you’d have in your garage. Staff was super kind as a highlight. Overall a value hotel, but the bed and pillows were not comfortable at all.
