Karrington Jones has helped me over the last two years when we have annual staff conferences at this location. She is always smiling and offering to help any way we need help. Due to work, this location is very convenient. Great breakfasts and friendly staff.

The front desk employee Aaryn was very accommodating. He was able to move us to a different room because I felt the AC wasn't cooling enough. And was very helpful and kind. I will say though this location is alittle out dated. A remodel would should be highly considered.

My name is Miss Lynch I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express with Aaron Richardson there Aaron Richardson work really hard to please his customers he was very polite in a very nice young man thank you Aaron Richardson for making my stay such a pleasant one

I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express while my AC was being repaired. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and nice, cool air. I was most impressed with the service. I wasn't in the best mood when I arrived but the young man at the desk, Aaryn was just what the doctor ordered. He was smiling, friendly and he made me laugh. He made sure I had everything I needed.

Our stay was amazing. We were greeted by a smiling face, the young man behind the counter, Aaryn. He treated us as if we were family. He was very insightful with nearby attractions we were looking for. He met the needs of our stay without any questions (extra pillow & towels). The hotel itself was very quiet, clean, and home-ish. We travel often, and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed thus far. Thank you Aaryn for being a delight and making our stay wonderful. All employees should have the energy and eagerness like you!

Wonderful all around staff specially Aaryn he was very helpful, super polite and patience with me since i had two kids with me. The room was very nice and clean. They had everything I needed without me calling down to the lobby for extra anything. I will be definitely be going back.

i was back in the area from years ago. and remembered about the young man named aaron. just like last time, this time this hotel was very accommodating and im glad that aaron is still working the front desk. holiday inn express has made the best choice to have this young man on the desk. hotel in general is okay. soon may need to look at a few options for the room but other than that. great. breakfast was as good as i remembered. i will be back to this one. thank you again

Ok... this hotel has issues. The only reason it isn't getting a terrible is because the front desk staff was nice and helpful. The first room we got the A/C was not working and the carpet was soaking wet. So they were nice and upgraded us to a suite, which was really helpful as we had 4 people staying in the room + family in and out visiting. The room was clean, but... here come the cons: - Toilet didn't want to flush and was really loud. - Sofa bed mattress was heavily stained. - Maids took sheets for sofa bed mattress on day 1 so we had to chase down new ones. - When you called the front desk it never worked, we always had to walk down. - Ice machine on our floor was broken - Elevator was scary - I almost got trapped once and it was extremely slow. - Pool was closed pending inspection ? We stay at IHG hotels alot and this was one of the worst we've stayed at. Here's hoping they clean up their act when it comes to maintenance items soon.

It's not one I would seek out but it was clean and the employees weren't rude. The free breakfast is good and well stocked up until 10am. The rooms are very humid and on first arrival have a musty smell. We had a king/non smoking room on the side closest to Interstate 20. Lots of hwy noise. You can also hear everything thru walls and doors. Lots of hall noise. The main thing was that it was clean and reasonably priced for just an overnight stay. It is within walking distance to Cracker Barrel and easily accessible to the interstate.

Very convenient to I-20. The hotel was very quiet. A college softball filed up many of the rooms which I thought might make the place noisy. Never heard a word in my room. Road noise from the interstate was very nominal. Facility was clean but minimal. Breakfast was fair. Good price for a short stay on short notice.
