Unwind and relax while you create happy holiday memories in this comfortable beach house in a cul-de-sac.
With the sandy shores of Long Beach just minutes away you will enjoy swimming, fishing, long walks on the beach or hiking in the nature reserve. The variety of bird life and our local kangaroos will also thrill nature lovers.
The chefs kitchen offers 2 ovens, a cooktop, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The large pantry and fridge space will minimize the need for regular trips to the supermarket and you will enjoy alfresco dining or a BBQ in the variety of outdoor spaces.
The upstairs master bedroom has a King-size bed, air-conditioning, TV, ensuite, and balcony with views of the Tollgate islands.
The kids will enjoy bunking together in the 4-bed bunk room upstairs with an adjoining reading/boardgames area and additional bathroom.
The 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen beds with ceiling fans, & TVs.
There is an additional cot room for the baby in the family to be close to mum & dad. The downstairs bathroom includes a bathtub and washer/drier.
Barbeque, Board games, Books and a Selection of DVDs are also provided for guests to enjoy.
No smoking within the house
8-minute drive to Batemans Bay with a large variety of shops, restaurants and cafes and a cinema.
Wifi is available for guests to use.

Great place with some room for improvement
We were a group of 7 with kids. This is a good property that worked well for us in a great location. Good living area and kitchen made things easy for us.
Bedrooms are nice, however curtains are useless and street lights and sunlight mean that rooms don’t get dark. Would also suggest a few more basic things (eg dishwashing liquid) could be helpful.
I think the check-in process isn’t ideal. Property managers are friendly are helpful but the process is below normal standards. Several extra forms to complete and then a 20 minute return trip required (on arrival and departure) to get keys - surely a lock box is easier for everyone?
Stating many negative things above for information and awareness - overall still a great place and would return.

Dusty and dirty. It's not clean. BBQ dirty and outdoor sink has bird poo.
Cannot request for earlier check in than 4pm as agent told us that cleaner is cleaning back to back the day before check-in. When arrived at the property we were very disappointed with the state it was in. It was NOT cleaned. In summary below -
- The floors was dusty
- There was a dead cockroach on the floor
- The tables and dining chairs were dusty
-The kitchen benches and stove top was oily
- The fridge had food crumbs in it
- The pantry is dusty
- The bedroom tables are dusty
- The BBQ is very dirty
- The outdoor sink is dirty with bird poo and feathers
