Great location with plenty of space
We had a lovely time at Long Beach. Swimming nearby and great bush walking too. Only 10 mins to Batemans Bay shops. Lots of space for our family of 6 with grown up children. Fantastic balcony with bush views and kangaroos visiting the backyard. Fully equipped kitchen. Furniture a little tired but and no wifi.

In need of an update
Good location but house needs some updating. No dryer and no washing line, made it difficult to dry swimsuits. House gets very hot no aircon. Listing states 2 bathrooms but house has only 1 shower. Cockroaches in kitchen had to get insect spray and spray around bottom of kitchen cabinets and in corners.

Fabulous spacious house for holiday
We were pleasantly surprised at the size and how well stocked the house was. We didn't get to fully enjoy our stay due to the fires, however, I would hope to return and definitely recommend.
