The place is in a nice location, but very worn down. The stove tops don’t work, dishwasher did not clean the dishes, there was no iron or ironing board, which caused some last minute panic, hairdryer only bows cold air. The internet constantly dropped out, which made watching the footy impossible. I would not recommend the property.

House was comfortable. The kitchen lacked some basics and the stove top did not work (we weren't told a prior, however a mini replacement was there.. it just didnt work well.. the realestate provided a discount after we asked for one).

The house was amazing catering or everyone. Great views. House was spotless and linen supplied. Checking with host was easy. Family loved the access to the beach. Will be returning to house.

While Michelle did her best once contacted, I wouldn’t recommend this property.Michelle, the building manager, was helpful and responsive once we were finally able to reach her. However, we only received her correct contact details after contacting the Stayz office — there was no communication provided beforehand.Unfortunately, the property itself was very disappointing. The unit was not clean (some dirty dishes and sand inside and outside on the deck), the stove didn’t work and we weren’t told, there was no AC, and the fan was broken.For the price being charged, it simply wasn’t worth it.

very dirty, id be getting a new cleaner. not little kid friendly. child gate at stairs was broken, resulting in my 1 year old falling down the stairs.no lighting to be able to sit outside at night downstairscouldnt take kids on balcony as its not sterdy on the fencing around it. yard had kangaroo poo evrywhere. just need to install a side gate to stop them coming in

Perfect location , views were amazing . Great for the kids to be able to walk over to the beach . Quiet location did have to wprry about the kids crossing the road. Communication with the host was amazing and they were so accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay

Directly across from the beach, views are amazing beautiful home. Seemed no one had been there in a while lots of cop webs throughout. Especially downstairs. If wanting to make contact with property manage get mobile number from stays, just text will contact eventually. Doesn’t answer phone or emails. We had a lovely weekend thou and would recommended the property.

Massive stuff around & very disappointing.

We travelled 6 hours with children for a Mental health holiday to find a property that had not been cleaned after the last visitors and no communication from the property manager besides the confirmation email, tried messaging, calling and text the property manager with no reply, engaged the Stayz help chat which were not very helpful. I had to cancel the booking and find somewhere else. The property manager finally called back an hour later, after we had booked into the nearby resort apologising and offering to clean the property if we wanted to wait, too late when the other accommodation was already paid and the kids settled. So disappointing on both sides (Stayz & property manager).
