Every thing about the facility was acceptable. What is not acceptable is that there was an additional 50.00 charge on my credit card. This is supposedly a deposit in case there was damage. I did not consent to this charge and I have still not received a credit. Interestingly enough there is no mention of the fee nor notice on the receipt. We travel a fair bit and have never had a hotel add a surcharge to our bill to cover 'damage'. I will never book a Hilton property in the future and I will do my best to make sure nobody I know does so either.

The property still needed to be finished since there was no elevator and carrying breakfast up the stairs was difficult. Breakfast was good and 24 hour coffee appreciated.the lovely staff did their best but could have had better support from Hilton, a veteran in the hotel business. Shame on you Hilton!

Decent stay

Stay was decent. The elevator was broken and we were on the basement level floor so we had to bring our luggage’s up and down the stairs. And the two days we were there we had no room service. We had to go the desk and physically ask for fresh towels. Overall it’s decent but there’s room for improvement.

I highly recommend choosing the Best Western down the street instead of this establishment. Despite being recommended by a local delivery driver, my experience here was thoroughly disappointing. While the hotel advertises a continental breakfast, this came by surprise and the quality falls well short of expectations. The elevator was out of service, forcing me to carry my luggage up the stairs. Upon reaching my assigned room, I discovered an unmade bed that appeared to have been recently occupied by another guest. When I was relocated to a different room, management offered no compensation or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. The problems continued when I attempted to shower and found the bathroom floor covered in dirt and grime. Although the Best Western down the street may appear less modern by comparison, their superior customer service and dedicated staff who clearly take pride in their work make it the better choice for travelers seeking a professional hospitality experience. I have stayed at multiple hotels in this area and moving forward will only be staying at the best western, with a full breakfast might I add.
