Booked a suite so we could have our baby be able to sleep in the next room. The door to the bedroom separating the two rooms had no doorknob so there was a big hole in the door. Smoke detectors had large obnoxious flashing green lights which made it hard to fall asleep (now looking at reviews it seems that is problem at this hotel). Above our room all night we could hear laundry dryers. Our bed had three extremely small pillows (smaller than accent pillows). Called down to front desk she told us to shake the pillows and they get bigger which they didn’t. Had to go down 4 times because our keys weren’t working, to the point they said if we had to leave the room they would walk us back up to let us in.

Wouldn’t stay again if I can help it.

Front desk staff and coffee at breakfast were top notch. Everything else was disappointing - Room was dirty (pullout bed was very dirty, shower had hair in it), in room coffee maker did not work properly, the food at breakfast was marginal, hotel is extremely loud (can hear people, water systems, ventilation or other mechanical things thumping on and off), pillows were terrible (had to go to Walmart to buy a decent pillow).

Very nice place to stay,it was clean,quiet and more than suited my needs. Hats off to Sasha!! And Lindsey!! Both went over and above the call of duty,,extremely polite and knew the answer to every question The breakfast could use the addition of bacon to the menu other that that it was exceptional. I will be staying here again in the future.
