Noisy, not sound proofed at all as advertised.

The hotel advertises sound proofed rooms but they shouldn’t because they’re not. You can hear doors banging in the corridors all night and the incredibly busy 6 lane highway outside is very audible. The parking is a laughable £10 a night even though you can park all day, for free, in most surrounding streets. Breakfast offering is pretty varied but all components are of the most basic quality. Staff are very friendly.

Good value for money and good customer service

The location and price was very good. Value for money. The hotel room conditions probably needs a bit of attention e.g. the room door needs painting, ceiling wood cracks. The bed mattress seemed a bit worn and you could feel the springs. The staff were great and very helpful.

Good value, but not perfect.

Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either.
