No early checkin, room change took 4h.

Despite rooms available, the hotel policy is checkin no sooner than 3 pm. Or 40 gbp pay for early checkin. Another hotel policy is not to change room until the issue is confirmed by staff. In our case, it took 4 hours to change the room (strong vibration felt and heard in room, probably from ac unit nearby).

Head office booked me an accessible room with twin beds (disabled, have limited mobility) only to find when I arrived the hotel DO NOT have ANY accessible rooms with twin beds. I slipped coming out of the shower over the bath (even though I wore flip flops to prevent this)
