The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, but the staff’s attitude really brought the experience down. They didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which made the stay less enjoyable. A bit more warmth and hospitality from the team would have made a big difference.

Only went to get our heads down after the Oasis gig Hotel was way overpriced for what it was need of a revamp found a big long black hair in the sink room itself was freezing couldn’t get aircon onto warm !

Great Find and Reasonably Priced

I booked two superior rooms for the Coldplay concert at Wembley. The hotel was easy to find, we were allowed to park at the hotel, check in was straight forward and our rooms were very comfortable. The staff are professional and helpful. We took the bus to Harrow on the Hill tube station and then the tube to Wembley Park station. Transport links are great in London and we had no difficulty returning to the hotel after the concert. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would return again.

Good hotel near to south Harrow train station. Walking distance from markets and shopping. Helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Only drawback is the constant surens because the hotel right next to the Police station. Somehow you filter out that distraction
