Not worth the price very poor condition

Property is in very bad condition when compared with price. It's absolute nightmare to stay in the property during winter months and windows are single glazed with gaps, very bad mould all over the property and to make matters worse, incorrect/false information is provided about the property.- not mentioned anything about flat being on 2nd floor without lift- advertised as with garrage which doesn't exist - advertised as near to the sky studio, which is around 3-4 miles away Building condition is appalling with very dirty stairs.Cost Vs flat absolutely doesn't make any sense, I would pay one fifth of the advertised price.
