It was quaint... had everything we needed. We arrived late and this is a small town. Everything was closed except the gas stations. Would stay again, but try to arrive earlier. The lake is said to be beautiful.

We stayed in Room #10 which had a Texas Cowboy theme. It was very nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The building is a bit older so the bathroom is not updated but was very clean. The room has a microwave and mini fridge. It’s very reasonably priced and dogs stay for free. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, wanting to give us Cabin#12 which is priced higher than the room we booked. We will definitely stay there again, next time in Cabin#12.

I really tried to give the owners every opportunity to make the situation right but they refused a refund even after our hours long ordeal resulted in having to drive an additional 30 minutes down the road to stay at a different hotel. Family friendly, owned and maintained.

The owners were very friendly and family oriented. They are working hard to make this little motel a very nice place to stay for the night. Super clean, well maintained and nicely decorated.
