Lovely, cozy getaway that was perfect for family to stay during the Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was super soft & comfortable. It was like being in a secluded cabin in the woods. Especially loved the loft!

A lovely cabin in the woods. We enjoyed nearby Thatcher Park, especially the Indian Ladder trail. Also a very nice screened in porch area and firepit. It's a bit far from "city life" but that's what we were looking for!

Second time here. The house is cute outside and in. Cozy feel. Nicely decorated kind of like a cabin. The loft upstairs is nicely decorated and comfortable. The screened in porch is great for morning coffee or just sitting and reading or visiting. The kitchen is adequately stocked. Never used the tv. We forgot water so it was nice to have a few bottles there. It’s a nice country setting. Very Close to thatcher park . 17 minutes to pretty alright breakfast club restaurant. So worth it. Go early as it gets busy.

Staying in this cabin was such a treat for our family. We loved the decor and attention to detail and the home was spotless and cozy. We enjoyed using the fire pit to roast marshmallows and make smores. This cabin is an absolute gem and Erika is such a generous host. I hope we have an opportunity to stay again!

We came in for a weekend of friends and a wedding. This location was just a couple of miles away. The house is beautiful. Quiet in the woods and well furnished. The beds were super comfortable. So close to Thatcher Park and the beautiful adventures there. We loved it and will back when next we travel that way!!

47 out of 10, My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time saying here. Erika and Mike were by far the best hosts we have ever had. The cabin is perfectly situated, close enough to the lake and local stores for convenience but private and secluded enough to feel like your way out in the woods. The cabin is cozy and comfortable with a clean lived in feel, well stocked with kitchen essentials and random nick nacks you might have forgotten (the flashlight in the drawer was a life saver). The dock and fire pit were the prefect place to enjoy one of the best 4th of july fireworks shows we've ever seen, add in a bald eagle soaring overhead, a resident beaver, excellent fishing and a complimentary bottle of wine (Thank you Erika) and this vacation turned out to be the best we have ever had. We will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you very, very much.

Lovely spot, hidden in the trees. So quiet, and the screened porch was perfect to work puzzles, read, or just sit. Only having one bathroom, it downstairs, meant that the older couple slept downstairs in the smaller bed. But the peacefulness more than made up for it.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

In the words of my 2.5 year old, "wow, what a beautiful house." Our stay was amazing, the house was very cozy, clean and well kept. Erika, the host, was very accommodating and responded to all my concerns in an efficient manner. The bottle of wine she left was a very nice touch! Would definitely book again!

Fantastic winter getaway

Erika’s cabin is exceedingly cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Communication was a breeze. The cabin was super comfy to hang out in and located very close to a beautiful state park. Would definitely recommend staying here!
