A friend and I stayed here one night on a road trip. Overall, almost everything about this stay was perfect. We noticed Lexi at the front desk seemed to have an attitude with every guest she talked to, but every other employee was beyond nice and accommodating. I cannot stress enough how nice Gary at the lobby bar, the bar staff in the casino, the other front desk staff, and the cleaning staff were. Everyone always said hi and every bartender remembered our drinks, even when we weren’t sitting at the bar! My friend and I said we would come for a weekend and not even leave the hotel. Schenectady is going through a revamp so we didn’t find much going on off property but it seems like in a year or so that it will be a very lively place.

This is close to Everything! FIL is a mile away! Near great restaurants, river, clean, feel safe and the Casio is great to have drinks, eat, gamble, etc.. You can park and go to the hotel and not have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Quiet outside of the Casino! Fun inside! Didn’t gamble this time but enjoyed my stay!!
The hotel was clean and nice but the bed was so hard I could not sleep. The casino was clean. I may try again and hope to get a different room and maybe a different bed but that might not be possible. I'm assuming all the beds are the same.

Room was pretty and spacious. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, particularly security guard. No coffee in room or until 6 am. Restaurants were all in casino; several were closed. No bellman.

Great location and great front desk help. Housekeeping however was loud and aggressive. Singing in hallways to insure people were awake well before checkout. Very annoying and unprofessional. Will not return for that reason alone.
First time going to casino and hotel. Great location. Being able to walk to casino and back to the room was very nice.
Love the size and location. The wine hour is a great way to start your stay and the staff is fabulous. Although there is free coffee in the lobby, I would love to have a machine in the room. But definitely not a game changer for looking forward to coming back.
