The furniture and the design are a little outdated but the hotel and the room were very clean. The hotel was peaceful and quiet. We slept here overnight during our trip from Niagara to New Haven and we were well rested.
There was one nice staff. The one at night... not helpful... there was a domestic incident that was not addressed right away which makes guests uncomfortable! The manager called my room thinking it was our room... They did not address it effectively until I walked to the desk to express my concern ... You have to just deal with these things or it makes guests uncomfortable and annoyed that they have to continue to listen to the unnecessary drama... not returning as a result..

Pros: Clean and friendly while still at a good price. Excellent pastries. Cons: Safe and ironing board had been removed from the room.
I didn't like that the lobby was not well air conditioned. Nice boutique hotel. There was a mixup with our room, the gentleman from front desk came up to personally apologize and bought some snacks for my son. PS. We didn't realize there was a problem.
I am a repeat customer and am always welcomed by name and thanked for my business. We recently asked to check in several hours before regular check-in and were graciously accomodated. In fact, we received an upgrade. Staff are always friendly and the facility is clean and well-kept. There is a variety of breakfast items....and the pastries are amazing!

Don at the front desk and Brenda in house cleaning were there to make sure my stay was perfect. The rooms could use some brighter lighting. Bed was ok but not like being at home. Overall would stay here again.
Nothing seriously wrong. Very basic older accommodations. Carpet is aged, no fresh coffee in morning only a machine with Folgers. It is what it is for the price. Good sports bar/ Restaurant across the street.

We were immediately received by a very personable and nformative host. Excellent recommendations and precise directions were given for local dinner options. Found our final choice Tops to be beyond expectations. Noted comfort, cleanliness and value were excellent. Our only suggestion would be to add more protein selections to the breakfast menu.

Stayed at the hotel as it extremely convenient to my family in Schenectady, NY. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean, large and comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and eager to please. The room rates include a continental breakfast and free wifi. You could not ask for more given the price and convenience.
Even though I only stayed one night for business, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Small shower for size of suite, offer more than continental breakfast with full scale banquet facility across the parking lot. Need bigger TV that actually has a clear picture. Mentioned to front desk and it never got fixed.
We had a great two night stay. Convenient location, clean room, and breakfast for a great cost. There is a bit of light pollution that comes in at the edges of the window treatments, so if you are sensitive it may not be the place for you.
