Welcome to the Fox House, a comfortable 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home on 6 scenic acres by Lake Livingston. This spacious retreat is set up for relaxing, enjoying family time, and making memories.
Pet Policy Update
The Fox House is now pet friendly! We welcome pets downstairs only, and we’ve recently removed all the carpet downstairs, making it easier to keep things fresh and clean for everyone.
Inside, the open layout connects the living room, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and spend time together. The bedrooms offer a restful stay, with a master suite featuring a king bed, two queen bedrooms downstairs sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and an upstairs suite with a king bed and twin trundle beds. There’s also a large TV room upstairs for movie nights and downtime.
Outside, you’ll find a private dock with a boat slip, where you can take in the lake views or set out for some time on the water. The fenced courtyard provides a nice spot for outdoor meals, fresh air, or quiet moments.
With three full bathrooms downstairs, one upstairs, high-speed fiber internet, and all the essentials, the Fox House is ready for a laid-back stay. Whether you’re here to fish, boat, relax, or connect with loved ones, this spot is perfect for a lakeside getaway. The upstairs bedroom is heated and cooled with a window unit, while the rest of the house has central heating and air. Please note that the upstairs includes several step-ups and step-downs, adding a unique, multi-level layout.
Our property has Ring cameras for added security and convenience, including doorbell cameras at the house and a camera at the front gate. The cameras are only used to monitor arrival and departure.
The jet ski lift is temporarily non-operational.
