I didn't stay. On booking I received a long list of conditions/ requirements that I'd never been asked on a pre booked stay before/ warned about. I couldn't get any answers/ clarification about late check in, only charges for early. And lots of detail about no extra guests/ room parties/ damage deposits. It didn't sound like a place I wanted to be.

Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. A return visit after being happy first time. Price was very reasonable too. Would benefit from a refurb but that would inevitability increase prices and dont lose its quirks which make it different from the major chains.

Everything was brilliant . Check in quick and easy andd team friendly and welcoming. Room was massive 2 sofas , massive bth and a kithen area . The only problem i had was that was only in for 2 nights with work so didnt get to enjoy it as mush as would of liked . Will be back and will.be stopping again.

We have stayed here before making because of the hot tub in the room. The hotel does def need some updating, the decor is a bit shabby but the room was clean and bed was comfy so all good

Enjoyed stay in a large warm clean room with a comfortablebed. Bath was super. Good breakfast. With one exception staff at least looked at you when serving you and wnt out of their way to help. It is different and has a character of its own different to chain hotels. I look forward to staying again.

Check in could have been quicker and a 4 pm checkin is late but the main disapointment was the standard of the room it was big with 2 double beds with poor quality uncomfortable matresses, the tv on the wall was no where near strait and would only pickup bbc tv and radio.There was a jacuzzi which didn't have a plug generally the room felt tired

One of the two double beds was awful, old springs and very uncomfortable. Woken up at 3 and 4 in the morning by adjoining rooms - drunken guests shouting and banging doors. The bathroom was very old, extractor and cabinet light not working. All looked very tired - definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
