Cheap and near Sefton Park, Liverpool South.

It was a great location as we wanted to be close to Sefton Park. The accommodation itself was adequate for what we wanted and hence great value for money.

Only positive was the price. Due to ab football being on this was the only hotel available for less than £120. One shared toilet and shower between 9 rooms on ground floor. Every time anyone walked in or around their room you could hear everything.

Near a beautiful park

A good economy hotel. Nice staff. Clean, with shared fridge and microvave though could be more sound proff (noise from passing by cars) and have facilities where to eat breakfast.

Nice Reasonable Price

An excellently priced hotel, really good for the money, a few small things that could be improved/changed with a little lick of paint or TLC, but overall it was very good! Stayed before and would stay again, excellent location for Sefton Park!

Cheap but noisy

It was cheap but very noisy and most of that was from people outside talking loudly late at night and people getting up at 6 in the morning. Didn t get much sleep. Got an upgrade on my room so it was nicer but that was because mine hadn't t been cleaned.

Room was ok, no tv, description said sink in room but none. Good wi fi and clean. bus stop right outside and 10 mins to centre.

Adequate but service is lacking

No one was working when I arrived, despite arriving within the official check-in period. I couldn't enter because I didn't have a door code. The employee arrived while I was waiting outside. I then had to wait in the reception for at least 10 minutes for him to return and be ready to check me in. Basic room with a kettle, shared shower room. Economical price but I'd been staying at a basic city center hotel for 1 GBP less per night (24/7 reception with private bathroom) so I wouldn't return to this location; however, if you want to explore Sefton Park, this guest house is convenient.

Einfaches sehr schleissig renoviertes Hotel

Lage in Liverpool ist gut, gratis Parkplatz. Keinerlei Service, man ist alleine ohne jegliches Personal im Haus. Aber sehr gute Betten, WLAN funktioniert gut, Self-Checkin hat gut funktioniert

Good hotel

Camera singola, buona pulizia, bollitore in camera. Al piano di sotto una piccola cucina free dove ognuno può prepararsi qualcosa da bere o da mangiare. Leggermente fuori dal centro ma fermata del bus davanti all entrata.
