The Falkner Quarters I and II is a collection of two beautifully designed apartments located in the same building, available to book as one listing, making it perfect for large group stays.
The first apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across two floors. Both bedrooms are furnished with super-king-size beds that sleep up to two guests each, along with additional sofa beds that can accommodate one adult or two children in each room. For your entertainment, a large Smart TV is provided in every bedroom. The living room, equipped with two double sofa beds, ensures that all 10 guests in your group can comfortably stay in this apartment.
You’re in for a treat, as this unit boasts a luxurious corner Jacuzzi bath for everyone to enjoy. The bathroom also includes a separate shower, WC, and basin for your convenience. Additionally, there is a second bathroom featuring a sleek, modern design and a power shower.
The second apartment is another spacious unit, offering three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 includes a king-size bed for two guests, Bedroom 2 also features a king-bed for two, and Bedroom 3 comes with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. The first bedroom provides extra comfort and convenience with its own modern kitchenette, complete with an Espresso coffee machine and a desk for work or vanity use. The two-storey apartment is situated on the ground floor, while the three-bedroom unit is located on the second floor. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.
The apartments are located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

For parking, there are pay and display bays on Blackburne Place.
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 2 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
