Simple; secluded; private

A quiet and convenient place to stay for a nearby event. Furnishings are simple but certainly adequate for one or two persons. Bed is comfortable. Live Oak is very close by if you need a town. Cooking is limited to a hot plate or pizza oven, so would have liked to have a microwave. Altogether a nice place and an enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Amazing property!

We really enjoyed this property! It was so serene and quiet. The hosts were super helpful with things to do in the area but we truly felt like everything we needed was right there and we didn’t need to go far! The fire pit was relaxing and the lights outside were so cool! We played games and watched movies. I think our only gripe was that the AC pointed at us while on the couch and it got kind of chilly (which isn’t a bad problem to have in the summer heat!). Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again. Thank you for having us!

Perfect Spot in Nature

We really just needed a comfortable place to shower and sleep while visiting friends/family at their large campsite on the Withlacoochee River. We’re past those days of camping life, so this little jewel of a place was perfect for our needs. It truly was a nice place in which to escape when we’d had enough sweating, bugs and small grandchildren ha,ha,ha.Having the extra cooler bags available for use made things simple in order to transfer food & ice to every at the campground-a nice plus. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Peaceful and quiet lil cabin in woods.

Clean and comfortable accommodations. Just as described in ad. Close to town but off road and private. Will definitely stay again. Bed is queen, comfortable and soft sheets. I’d recommend having a lamp somewhere in room cause over head lights are bright. Nice size bathroom. Very happy with everything. Thank you.

Beautiful tiny home in the country

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here! We built a fire, enjoyed the string lights in the evening, and we were only a 15 minute drive from the Florida Folk Festival. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, the kitchen had everything we needed. There were only a few little things I would improve- lamps and a night stand next to the bed, one of the burners didn’t work on the two burner stovetop, we couldn’t find the DVD remote, and the bathroom gets pretty warm without air circulation, so it would be nice if there were a shade on that window. The only reason it’s rated 4/5 for cleanliness is that there were some cobwebs in the light fixtures. Not a big deal. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, it was so nice to come back to AC and a cool shower in this cute little house.

Great getaway with soft bed

Loved this area, the property, and the loft. I wish there'd been screens so I could let the fresh air flow instead of using the wall unit and the bed was very soft so not great for bad backs. But otherwise, the place was very clean, cozy, and we could see all the stars in the sky!

Great quiet getaway

Loved our few days here in this quiet cabin feeling one with nature and away from all the hustle and bustle. In its simplicity, the amenities were great. The super comfy bed, nice little leather sofa, plush linens, and well equiped kitchen. It all felt very special and we hope to one day return again.
