Holly Grove is a 3 bedroom-2 bathroom home in coastal RI. The house is nestled in the woods and just over 1 mile to the beach. Little Compton is a beautiful rural town -it has a few stores/restaurants, farm stands/markets & 3 churches, but no gas station. Although LC is country living modern amenities are only 30-45 minutes away(Fall River, Providence, or Bristol)
The house is new construction -1 story open floor plan. The house is private-approximately 800ft off the main road-built on a beautiful wooded lot approximately 1.5 miles from the ocean.
The house is approximately 1500sqft- It has 3 bedrooms, a large open kitchen, dining & living rooms. Separate back hallway entrance with laundry room, closet & coat rack.
The main bedroom has Antique Queen bed, a sitting area, a large walk-in closet and a private full bathroom with large shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and full size-both with large closets & bureaus. Full bathroom next to open living area and additional bedrooms. The Livingroom has a large sectional, side lounge chairs, and television. Kitchen is fully equipped with a large peninsula counter with stools. The dining room seats 6 people comfortably. There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven/stove & microwave. Front and back decks with outside seating(Adirondacks chairs and wood bench-chair set) The house is equipped with high speed internet-central air-an outside shower-a grill-outside fire pit. Beach chairs, towels & Free beach pass included!

Long weekend in Little Compton
This property is a beautiful newly built home on a secluded property but we also had beach passes to the town beach which was only 1.5 miles away. Homeowners Hope and Bill were easy to work with and have created a warm and inviting home for visitors.
