I arrived very late and really just needed to sleep so I didn’t go over any issues with staff. However, the place is incredibly run down and in need of updates. My room reeked of smoke. The sheets on one side on my bed had make up on them. Was the bed even cleaned? I don’t know. It was hot so I didn’t use the covers or sheets and put a towel down and slept on that. The bed made a metal banging sound everything I got on it like a piece of aluminum was being popped in and out. I think it was the frame. Water pressure in shower was good. I was out the door before 630 and had no intention of staying longer than necessary. The young man being trained at the front desk was working hard, pleasant and helpful. If I were passing thru and needed a place to stay again, I would go elsewhere. I need to feel confident that the place I sleep is clean and I didn’t really get that feeling.

Parking lot was being sealed, you had park away from the hotel and carry your luggage, pool was closed, after i called and made sure it was open,she charged me a pet fee after she told me she would wave the pet fee for the pool being closed

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Pool was good, spa needs some work along with the outside landscaping, lots of weeds. Breakfast limited, but typical for this type of hotel. Yes would stay again at the price we paid.

When we arrived in the lobby we weren’t greeted at all; the woman rudely asked, “checking in?” And it didn’t get any better. She kept yawning really loudly as she was checking us in, and we suspected that she was on something. Our room was tiny, but mostly clean. The doorknob was broken and there was a bandaid covering the peephole. There was a sign that the pool is closed until further notice. Breakfast was average stuff you expect to find, but no sausage or bacon or eggs.

Good and bad. Disappointed in customer service.

The lady who checked me in was incredibly rude like I was bothering her checking in my room I paid for. Did not provide any information. Acting like I was putting her out for a second room key. No one in pool could find towels when I asked for those felt like a bother too. On a positive note our room was very clean and comfortable. Our daughter LOVED the pool and we loved they had floats and toys for kids to play with. Hopefully hospitality behavior wasn’t normal and she was having a bad day. Lady at front desk for check out was kind.
