We had an amazing room overlooking the square. It was very large, clean, with great amenities. The furnishings were well appointed and fun. They supplied coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, dish, soap, and toiletries. The location was perfectly located to restaurants. TASCA DOS SAPATEIROS was an amazing little restaurant on the block behind the hotel, and we would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was getting into the building with the keypad. Thankfully, there was somebody in the lobby. They had a nice place to store the luggage which we utilized.

This was a perfect location and a very quiet room. Just steps from many shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to where our excursions met. The staff was very efficient and answered my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment in the future.

What a lovely apartment, right in the centre but lovely and quiet. Excellent. Nice beds nice bathrooms with all you need. There is even a washer/dyer and dishwasher. Was a ladies group and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us to get ready. Thank you

The apartment was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The Residentas staff were swift in their responses via Whatsapp and always willing to assist us if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again if I return to Portugal.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATIONS

Never received the codes to entry the building or unit prior to arrival! Wasted nearly 2 hours standing on the street Calling, Texting, WhatsApping, and Emailing organization without any reply, including their so called Emergency number! No Emergency Numbers are posted anywhere in the lobby, had to get it from a guest that was kind enough to go back to their room and bring it down. Hotels.com repeated calls to Arco do Bandeira also failed for nearly an hour. Only with the help from Hotels.com were we able to avoid spending the night on the street. Many thanks to the Hotels.com emergency staff. Four days later and still no response from management at Arco do Bandeira, only an apology from the front desk the next morning. Also: • Bathroom photo was from a different room • Heard from another guest that they also had problems with their access codes • Unable to change a taxi pickup 10 hours prior to originally schedule time

Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Great value for the location and the amount of space you get. Note - it's not a hotel. There's no front desk, and you enter the building and apartment with a code. The operators were very communicative, and I had no problems getting in. I would definitely stay here again.
