I usually stay in hotels with just the room but staying here has changed my mind. The apartment was spacious, clean had a great view of the Sq and is everything and better than I could have asked for. Beautiful building central location to everywhere with metro, buses and trams all nearby. Shops and restaurants all araound you. Thankyou to the team for excellent communication throughout the whole stay. I would gladly recommend and would definitely co e back here if I was in Lisbon again.

The location is exceptional—within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s most popular landmarks and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The apartments are beautifully furnished, charming, and thoughtfully designed. What truly sets Residentas Arco do Bandeira apart, however, is the outstanding customer service. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel right at home from start to finish. This place was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent location, excellent apartment very clean, ideal location extremely responsive and friendly staff. I traveled to Lisbon with my wife and two young kids in the apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at Residentas. My husband and I were traveling with our three children. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and used the couch bed which worked perfectly. The apartment was clean, colorful and very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon on foot. We were presently surprised that the apartment was quiet despite the Christmas festival happening immediately outside! We would definitely stay here again!
