Lisboa Plaza Hotel

This is the second time we've stayed here; we stayed at the Plaza Lisboa last summer as well. After an overnight flight from Miami, we arrived at the hotel around 7 am. We were able to get a room within two hours. In the meantime, we were invited to their breakfast buffet, where we relaxed and ate until the room was ready. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and are able to offer suggestions on sightseeing, dining, and places to go. There is a wonderful terrace on the fifth floor that's perfect to go and have a glass of wine and chill after a day of discovering Lisbon. The rooms are all a nice size, and feature a refrigerator/honor bar.

Close to the center of town. An easy walk to the metro and train. Near some very good restaurants and right near world class shopping.

Room was a little small and outdated but it was still a great stay. Staff was super friendly. Helped us with our luggages and held on to them after check out so we could do more sightseeing before our evening flight. Hotel staff also left us some dessert wine and raisins as welcoming gift, which was just lovely. We also had a baby with us and they were kind enough to put up a baby pack and play for us! Continental breakfast was delicious as well. Free wifi. Location is great. It is near a lot of shopping. Food is everywhere. Across the Main Street you can get 1€ egg custards, which was amazing!!! To get to Belem Tower, it was a 10€ cab ride. But everything else is downtown. If you do any tours, they will pick you up from your hotel or you can walk 15min to the plaza. Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

The room was terrific... good lighting, a safe, very comfortable beds. The bathroom was very roomy and well appointed. The robes added a special touch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic...It even included dessert and prosecco. The staff was professional and very helpful. The location was perfect. This was a terrific place to stay.

Staff was well-trained, knowledable & helpful. The lobby & other public areas were splendid, but the rooms were a bit small. The location of the hotel was outstanding-close to metro, good restaurants & tourist sites.

Large spacious room. Very clean. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Very pleasant. Room ready before scheduled arrival. Superb breakfast. Most comfortable bed.

This hotel was conveniently located in town and because of it's location it offered a quiet night without the sounds of traffic or people. I mention this because there was event going on that attracted many people and several bands. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would highly encourage anyone visiting Lisbon to stay there. It has charm and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel is well located and very comfortable. There was a major event going on in town (less than 1 block away) and the room was quiet and easy to get around. We highly encourage people to stay at this hotel. Good breakfast and service.

The Hotel Lisboa Plaza has a good location off the Avenue Liberdade, the high end shopping street. It is an easy walk to many sections of the city. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast was included which is not necessarily the case with other higher end hotels. The subway is just a block away. There is a terrific little restaurant just around the corner, Restaurante a Gina.

The Lisboa Plaza is a charming hotel in an excellent location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were small, but adequate. The view to the rear of the build was unexciting. It would be pleasing to see a nicely landscaped garden in the back of the building. The comfort of the bed did not live up to the 4 star standing. I don't mind a firm mattress but it was as stiff as cardboard. It would also be nice to have more luxurious bedding. Softer pillows, more of them, a better comforter and plusher mattress would be a worthwhile improvement. A Nespresso machine in the room would also be a nice amenity.

Superb location. European (small) rooms with THIN walls. Very good breakfast buffet.

The hotel is amazing, everything you would want in a high end hotel. Missing luggage so they supplied me with a tooth brush and directions to diffrent types of clothing stores so I could freshen up. They then helped me with directions to see the city both on foot and by bus and taxie. The room was perfect the staff so helpful, A woman traveling alone could not find a better hotel. The location was just perfect for walking to so many sights again this could have been a bad experience but was made into a perfect day by the hotel and the city....what a pleasure this trip was

Excellent breakfast buffet, great location, pleasant staff. Make sure to wear good walking shoes, as the city is quite hilly.

Very well located, classy atmosphere, nice staff and efficient service - i asked for an adapter and they took less than 5 minutes to bring me a box full of adpators to choose.

We found the hotel very conveniently located, close to so many historic and tourist sites in the center of the old city and within walking distances from shopping centers, fine restaurants and cafes as well as various means of transportation stops and stations. We had easy access to trams, buses and metro trains that took us to our different destinations.

The Hotel Lisboa Plaza is perfectly located, both in terms of being central in Lisbon and easily accessible from the airport. The rooms are adorably decorated, although the bathroom is a bit small. Aside from that one measly complaint, everything else was perfect. Great service, great breakfast, great price. Also really cute roof terrace that I'm sure would be great in summer.
