2) HAVEN IN LISBON IS AN EXQUISITE 3 BEDROOMS AND 2,5 BATHROOMS APARTMENT housed on the 15th and top floor of a new building located in Lisbon, in the absolute heart of Parque das Nações (Park of Nations) Neighborhood, just steps from the impressive Oriente Station (Metro/Underground to Old Town and Trains to Sintra, Algarve, Coimbra, Porto), Vasco da Gama Shopping Center, Meo Arena, and the longest Riverfront in Lisbon. Parque das Nações is the Newest (Expo 98), the Safest, the Quietest and Stress-free Neighborhood of Lisbon.

4) OUR LISBON LUXURY APARTMENT INCLUDES ENTRANCE HALL, KITCHEN, SALON WITH DINING AREA, LIVING AREA AND PRIVATE BALCONY, HALF BATH, BEDROOMS HALL, CASCAIS BATHROOM, PALACE MASTER SUITE WITH PRIVATE ESTORIL BATHROOM, SINTRA BEDROOM, BELÉM BEDROOM AND PARKING GARAGE.

5) ENTRANCE HALL. Upon entering the Apartment, through a door with a steel interior and lock with non-copyable keys, you will be greeted by the entrance hall, full of natural light, which provides access to the Kitchen (West) and the Salon (East).

6) KITCHEN. In the sunny and large Kitchen, equipped with everything you might need to cook at home like a true local, you can prepare your own meals, on your own way.

7) SALON. In the Dining area you can have dinner, comfortably seated on luxuriously upholstered armchairs. In the Living area you can relax on very comfortable velvet sofas, read a book, watch a movie, or surf the FAST, FREE AND RELIABLE Wi-Fi and keep in touch with family and friends. The library contains all the information about Haven in Lisbon and all you will need to know before you go to visit Lisbon.
The Salon with 2 glass doors provide access to the 7 meters long Balcony with stunning Riverfront and Sunrise views, including the Vasco da Gama Bridge (the longest in Europe).

15) EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT. We are very happy to accommodate your early check-in, if we do not have Guests checking out on the same day. I´ll let you in, give you keys, and show you what you need to know, so that you can best enjoy your holiday apartment. Please allow 30 minutes for the check-in.

16) RENTAL RATES ARE PER NUMBER OF GUESTS. MAXIMUM 4 ADULTS. RENTER AGREES THAT THE NUMBER OF GUESTS OCCUPYING HAVEN IN LISBON WILL NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER OF GUESTS PAID.

17) MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS: 5 (five).

18) I AM SO SORRY BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN. This exquisite Apartment has porcelains, furniture and curtains made from fragile and expensive fabrics. This is the reason why we do not accept children.

19) A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT is required for any damage to the Property incurred during the term of your rental, or with respect to any items missing from the Property.
Renter agrees to inform the Owner immediately of any damage that occurs on the Property during Renter´s stay.

20) HAVEN IN LISBON WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST BOOK ABOUT LISBON. You don't need to buy small tourist books to use once and throw away. We will provide good information about the Apartment, Restaurants, Museums, Fado, Belém, Cascais, Sintra, Old Town, Beaches, Transportation and much more.

21) HAVEN IN LISBON WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ONE PARKING SPACE IN THE GARAGE LOCATED ON FLOOR -1, SERVICED BY 2 ELEVATORS DIRECT TO THE APARTMENT.

22) SAFETY AND SECURITY.
We take the Safety and Security of our Guests very seriously. That is the reason why we provide:

The Living and Dining Room with private Balcony and River Tagus view (east) and
The Kitchen with City view (west) and
the Master Suite with River Tagus view (east) have Air Conditioning (Cooling and Heating, by water).

Sintra Bedroom and Belém Bedroom with City view (west) do not have Air Conditioning. These Bedrooms have Fans and Heating.
