This delightful 90 m2 apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 2nd floor and has no lift access, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

The living space features a comfortable seating area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment and includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a microwave, and an oven.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Lisbon is Portugal's coastal and mountainous capital. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-coloured buildings of the old town, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative tiles.

On the outskirts of Lisbon, there are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Santa Apolónia, is a 25-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
