It is located in the heart of Lisbon, only a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square and 5-minute drive from St. George's Castle. Surrounded by all kind of services like transports, supermarkets and restaurants. This is the perfect place for you or your family.

This apartment is situated on brand new building in the Downtown district. It offers great comfort and has lots of charm. You will find a modern living room with a sofa bed, a spectacular bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a baby cot and high chair. Cable TV and WiFi internet access are available for free.

It is a perfect place for a couple, friends or even a big family vacation! Right in the Martim Moniz square, you will find taxis, buses, metro, and the popular 28 Tram! You will be a short walk away from Rossio, the city's main square and the heart of downtown Lisbon, from three subway stations (Rossio, Martim Moniz and Retauradores), and the Rossio Train Station. Fall trip in Portugal

We loved this apartment. Ground floor unit which was nice. Apartment was as listed and had handy amenities like coffee and tea and fresh tarts for us on arrival and a host to greet us. The neighborhood was quiet at night, we felt safe together but it is located in a less desirable street with garbage on the road, and people living on the steps nearby. It is located on a hill so stairs or steep road walking to get home is required.

Great Location for Lisbon Visit

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities such as TP, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and good supply of linens. The apartment is bright with lots of windows and blackout shades for night time. Furniture is comfortable, nice appliances and good WiFi. Juan was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. So well located for Metro stops and walking every where. Good choice!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung mit Blick auf das Castelo de Sao Jorge. Die Wohnung ist neu, modern und hat alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sie liegt nur ein paar Meter entfernt von der Metro Station Martim Moniz.

Marta, sócia de Juan nos recepcionou muito bem. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo a vários pontos turísticos, de fácil acesso ao metrô e aos elétricos (bondinhos) e ainda dispõe de garagem. O espaço é adequado para 4 pessoas, estava muito limpo e ainda recebemos alguns mimos de nossos anfitriões. Com certeza será nossa casa numa próxima viagem a Lisboa!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in diesem Apartment. Es hat eine gute Ausstattung, ist sauber und zentral gelegen. Die Metro und die bekannte Straßenbahn Nr. 28 befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gleichzeitig ist man zu Fuß in nur wenigen Minuten bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir können das Apartment uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
