We found the surface-level appearance of the property and the overall size of the space to be very good, and at first glance it seemed promising. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended, as our experience was impacted by a number of maintenance and functionality issues. A broken blind to the patio offered no privacy, and several fixtures were in very poor condition — including an extremely loose kitchen faucet and an extremely loose toilet seat. The shower was the most problematic: it emitted a strong sewage smell and the drain did not function properly, causing the bathroom to flood after each use. We had to mop the floor after every shower, which was far from ideal. The advertised utilities also fell short. The Wi-Fi was underpowered and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. The TV only worked intermittently due to a loose cable cord, which we managed to temporarily fix by jiggling it. Additionally, the outdoor shower, which was part of the listing, did not work at all. Finally, the photos online did not accurately represent the current condition of the property, which added to the disappointment. Overall, while the space itself has potential, the number of unresolved issues made the stay far below expectations. Proper maintenance and a more accurate listing would greatly improve the guest experience.

Average accommodation some DIY needed !

A few days stay visiting Lisbon sights. Residential area which was a little grim, rubbish area but about a 15 minute walk into city. Accommodation was a let down. We booked this as it had a balcony but on arrival as you can see it was unusable. We were very disappointed. There was also a leak from the boiler which was just above the safe so we didn’t feel we could risk our personal belongings in there.

The apartment was lovely, featuring a spacious terrace, plenty of natural light from large windows, and a well thought out layout. The location felt very safe, and the hosts were responsive, providing clear and helpful instructions. The only downside for me was the cleanliness - the floors were a bit dusty, and the towels provided were pretty old with an unpleasant smell. A refresh in this area would definitely enhance the overall experience. Overall, it’s a charming apartment with great potential for an even better stay with a few improvements.

Very cute place that is generally well equipped and set up all around. Kitchen appliances worked well, the shower and bathroom were good, AC was pretty good. Accessible to grocery and cute shops via a short walk, though I generally went a bit further out for restaurants in Graça via Uber as it can get quite hilly. I'd stay here again

Great place for anyone on a budget during this time of year! The room was immaculate and in a great non- touristy location filled mainly with Portuguese locals and businesses. Room came with a great kitchen and overall facilities, including great air con. No more than a 40 minute walk to the city centre with surrounding restaurants and supermarkets (including a Lidl) very close by. Overall a great experience for anyone wanting to visit Lisbon !
