We stayed here for 2 days and had a great experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it really convenient for our stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Room was very clean but sheets and mattress pad were old and worn. Otherwise bed was comfortable but pillows need replacing. Property as a whole could use a good cleanup. Tennis courts were old run down and the fencing was falling down around them. Pool was in good condition. Staff at check in and checkout were very pleasant and the resort was very quiet.

Our one bedroom was quite spacious, had everything to cook with in the kitchen, and was very quiet. Has been updated a bit, but could use more, such as replacing the outer heat vents ( they were rusty and dented). The windows need a thorough cleaning, just about could see out the slider and kitchen windowsill was filthy. The rug was a bit smelly, could use a good shampooing as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Fairly clean and convenient to Loon. The interior is worn with stained carpets etc. Having extra space and a kitchen worked well for the size of our group. Overall, it worked just fine.

Nice stay and loved the pools!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here! Loved the indoor smaller pool that I used for water fitness. Wish the outside ones were warmer as they looked real nice. Also wished the pools were open sooner, like 8 am to 8 pm. Our one bedroom condo was great!

Great place to stay!

It was perfect for my family of 6. We all had more than enough room and beds to sleep in. The full kitchen made it convenient to cook food and not have to worry about eating out every day. The playground was a little less than great, but the kids still enjoyed it. The pools were very clean and very enjoyable.

We stayed in the condo with the king bedroom and loft with 4 twin beds. Overall room clean and quiet, staff were nice, kitchen had all essential items needed to prepare your own meals which was convenient with 2 young children. Balcony with mountian view was a plus. Bed comfort was fair. Location good, right near kangamagas highway, nearby restaurants, ice cream shop & supermarket within short drive, most do close early. The outdoor pools were nice, indoor pools were available. Pool restrooms slightly outdated but clean. Biggest complaint is that the pool and arcade closes at 8. After spending the day out with the family & returning back we were left with very little time for the kids to unwind and enjoy the pool/arcade. So if you have kiddos looking to do those activities, plan accordingly. The provided outdoor grills were convenient, they do have grill accessories at the front desk that you can check out & use. For the cost of the stay, i would expect adequate housekeeping staff. You are expected remove all the bedding & towels &place them in the provided linen bags, remove the trash and place it in the outdoor bins as part of your checkout. Overall, it was a good stay with the family. Would consider staying again but the early closure of on-site activites would hinder that option for us.
