I liked that the staff was nice, and they took thier time cleaning the place.

Room was very clean and breakfast good. Ok for one night stay, but no longer than that. The hotel is outdated and needs major updates. Everything was old and those old stinky carpets need to go for sure. We as a family felt safe and comfortable in it. Staff was friendly, we didn’t have any problems with front desk staff.

Jack at the desk is amazingly professional and friendly. Hotel Setting is lovely. I was on the 4th floor overlooking a pond and bluffs. Deer running through the brush. Clean, easy parking, safe, places to eat, comfy. Perfect

Great hotel stay. The room was really spacious and clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Also had breakfast for us before when left.

I was greeted with a smile and was quickly given a key to my room and given directions to it. Parking was plentiful and convenient. The room was clean and the furnishings were modern and in good condition. The bathroom and shower were clean, as well. We spent one night here on our road trip and if we go back through Limon on the way home, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Liked the location but not much else. Deadbolt on room not functional, wake up call didnt happen and the coffee was cold and not good.

Except during checking in, I saw no employees. The checkin process was smooth and fast. Room, bedding and towels seemed clean - one of my bath towels was threadbare. Thankfully I was by myself so there was a spare towel. This property needs an upgrade. When showering, the tub beneath my feet felt like it was going to fall through anytime, appearing to have a patch over ?? a crack maybe?? I planted my feed on the inside edges to be sure it didn't fall through. T The hallway walls and doors facing the hallway were worn and damaged. Even though it appeared to have a secure entry system, the back door (close to my room) was not locked. My room was okay but you could tell the bathroom needs to be repaired. The lot is hard to get out of (to return to I-70). This is not the fault of the hotel - there is a lot of road construction going on. In summary, my room was clean even if showing ample wear and tear, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was so-so (typical grab and go of the times). I just felt like $123 (total) was a bit much for such a drab place.

I just stayed there for one night on my way to Colorado Springs , it was good but I paid 185 for 2 ** hotel.it’s expensive.

It was a normal motel experience

The only issue I had with the motel was the room. When I opened the door to the room, it smelled horrible! Look I understand that it is a pet friendly motel and they have certain rooms that they use if you have a pet. But o mylanta! This room smelled as if they never cleaned it. I immediately had to go to the store and get some air freshener!! Other than that it was good motel to stay at.

The good: Customer service was excellent; breakfast was really good, hot waffles, real eggs, excellent variety. Attention to detail, great! Donuts and water/coffee available at check in desk which was a nice 'welcome' when you arrive exhausted and/or are waiting to be seen. What I didn't like was how run down the place felt. Our door to the room was stuck most of the time (not fun when getting in at midnight). The back entrance door was taped permanently open. And,the flooring felt uneven in the hallway and sloped in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would have like it to be a bit more kept up.

Everything was wonderful except for the outside doors did not remain locked after hours, this may not be a usual protocol here. However it makes me think when my mother travels alone anyone can walk in and out of this hotel.

Booked here because everything in east Denver metro was full. Was pleasantly surprised at the good room for the price.

Great value, comfort, breakfast and overall stay. Nice to have a great hotel option in the middle of nowhere!
