"The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "

"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. It’s about a 14 min walk to the beach (with my slower children) and a 10 min taxi into Chania. There is also a bus to take you to town and some of the other beaches that stops nearby but we didn’t do it because of elders in our group. There is a taverna around the corner that was amazing. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again if we return to Crete. "

"Soggiorno fantastico a Villa Milon! La villa è l'ideale per due famiglie, con spazi ampi e ben curati sia all'interno che all'esterno. Non manca proprio nulla, dall'arredamento agli spazi per rilassarsi. L'area esterna con la bellissima piscina e la zona per cucinare è un vero piacere. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente!"
