I stayed at Los Incas for 5 nights while I was in Lima. The rooms have three separate rooms: the first is a very spacious bathroom, including both a shower and a hot tub. The second space is the one for the beds, which are ample and comfortable, and the third space is basically an office, including a large desk, a comfortable chair and a sofa. All rooms have a balcony with a nice view of the city.
We traveled to Peru with friend, from there, and stayed here while in Lima visiting with their family. The hotel was amazing and a perfect location for our needs - just down the street from their family’s condo. All services were impeccable and the staff was amazing.
We have been to Lima a number of times staying at various properties, including the Westin, as well as other neighboring hotels. The service here was exceptional and they didn't miss a beat. Our room was on a high floor with an amazing view and the bathtub was our "goto" retreat after a long day of enjoying this beautiful city! The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating! We will definitely be back to Lima and stay at the lovely property!
This hotel is inside a gated community, no restaurants or stores within walking distance. Hotel does not have a shop. Very nice and large rooms, clean rooms. The weight room is really bad, highest weight is 18 kg. They have treadmills. Good food great in restaurant.
I visited Los Incas on business at the recommendation of the company I was meeting. We arrived at 1 am after traveling from Houston. Check in was quick and we were taken to our room. We we surprised by the large spacious room and bath with views of the nearby residential neighborhood and golf course. Nice restaurant and lobby bar. Interesting little sushi restaurant on the ground floor. Pool looked inviting but was closed when we were there.
Can't speak highly enough of the Los Incas. It is located in a gated area of La Molina to the very far east of the city, The welcome is friendly and with survivable English (better than our Spanish anyway). The room (a suite) was really spacious with separate living area, bedroom area and a bathroom/dressing room. Very large overhead shower and a separate delighful jacuzzi bath. The balconies look towards the university area and on to downtown. There's a smallish swimming pool with loungers and a gym with the usual hotel-equipment. Breakfast was nice and the dinner was excellent and all served with a smile and where necessary English explanations. Word of warning - use taxis/Ubers - Lima's roads/drivers are all complere lunatics. But Los Incas will keep you away from the hurly burly and give you a very relaxing time
I came to Lima, Perú to have a business meeting with a client, and I ended up in this hotel. I didn't even choose it. I went to several hotels in several places, but never to a hotel with such a great customer service as this one. I had a drink on the hotel's bar, and the bartender, Alvaro, was great. The drink was great, conversation was awesome, I can't find anything to complain about. I would definitely come back to this hotel either on a business trip or on vacations, and wouldn't hesitate on recommending this hotel to anybody visiting Lima.
Great rooms, great service and well kept hotel. In summary is a great hotel to stay if you are doing business or visiting friends in the neighborhood or surrounding neighborhoods; mainly because traffic is so but to get in or out of the area ( need to mention that the traffic in Lima is bad everywhere). The rooms have a good size and are very clean. The staff is very welcoming and service oriented. Even though the hotel is located in a gated neighborhood (which I liked), I would prefer to have a lock in the balcony and key access in the elevators ( important to clarify that the hotel has cameras in several locations including in each floor ). The room in which I stayed had a safe that did not have a lock or a keypad; needed to request a actual lock from the Front Desk after signing a form stating I was responsible if key was lost in the amount of 60 dollars. If you are reserving a room with golf course view be sure not to get a room in line 7 which has a partial view of the golf course. Bottom line, I would go back again if I am doing business in the area or to relax during a long weekend. There is no similar hotel in the same neighborhood or nearby.
Staying at Los Incas for a few days was unexpectedly very cozy retreat after I had stayed in Miraflores area for some time. I enjoyed running and walking around the neighborhood, such as to Gold Museum.
My first time in Peru and this hotel has been a great experience.. The staff is super friendly and always courteous. The room is very spacious out and the entire hotel is very clean. The bar tender Alvaro provides exceptional service and, also, has offered helpful advice on places to visit within Lima.
