Great location, zero service.

Convenient mini apartments that would be incredible IF they cared enough to hire proper cleaners and replaced worn out, damaged items. Bedding was stained, dishes were dirty and they charge you a cleaning fee if you don't take out your own garbage. Don't even think they will clean your room for you during your stay, as that is an added fee as well. They did switch my room without complaint after I showed them the bugs I found. They also refuse to answer their messages, emails or the telephone. I am STILL trying to get in contact with management.

I really like Sejours & Affaires, great reception. My room was very comfortable, very nice linens and towels. Nice selection of tea and coffee and a useful note pad and pen. The kitchen area is very good, with a coffee machine, microwave and double hob. Good supply of pans, crockery and utensils. I made soup very easily. Carrefour is just steps away inside EuroLille shopping centre. Lots of places to eat in the area, and very close to Lille Flandres train station ( 2 minute walk ) and 4 minute walk to Lille Europe train station. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Excellent value for money.

First off, I really appreciate the staff for letting me check out late — that was super helpful. The location is great, right in the middle of downtown and easy to get around with public transportation. That said, there were a few issues. My room was pretty small and didn’t have any A/C, which made things really uncomfortable since it was around 85°F during my stay. Also, there’s no actual lobby, which felt a bit odd. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer — it just gets too hot without air conditioning.

Absolutely shocking not sure why you are representing them. Sent emails and also contacted them to give them the chance to reply and make things right however they failed. Not wasting any more time with them.

Very poor cleaning conditions, definitely needs a touch up. Also, they did not prepare the spare bed, nor provided the additional sheets and pillow for such bed. Although the location was quite convenient, would not come back.
