À ma grande surprise l’hôtel où du moins la chambre que nous occupions était très très calme. Le personnel aimable et la propreté des lieux parfaite. Le parking nickel avec des bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Rien à redire nous y reviendrons si l’occasion se présente.

It is in a quiet location next to Aldi, and a superstore which is 30 seconds away. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. It was very good value. The room can get stuffy when the window is closed. It could do with a fan, or air conditioning. The tram stop is a few minutes walk. The breakfast is basic it consists of baguettes and pastries, and a selection of drinks.

You get what you pay for, the Ritz it certainly isn’t. Basic, I had an en-suite room and that was small, certainly wouldn’t swing a cat in it. Sink had no plug, it was the design, had to leave the water running. There was a strong smell of cannabis from inside the hotel. It served a purpose.

Très rapide d’accès en Metro à partir de la Gare de Lille et à 400 m à pieds de la station. Niveau prix difficile de faire plus bas. J’avais pris une chambre avec wc et douche sur le palier juste à coté. L’hotel étant petit, pour avoir une chambre avec douche et wc je pense qu’il faut réserver longtemps à l’avance. Petit déjeuner avec un choix limité comparé à d’autres F1 sur Paris par exemple mais ca va. Très bon accueil. A refaire pour un petit budget.
