In business trip I spent one night in this hotel located in a very unattractive building but ideally loated between the 2 Lille's train stations. This hotel is embedded into the Euralille shopping center which makes it a very attractive spot to access trin stations (Lille Europe and Lille Flandres) but also to reach concert hall bith in its vicinity. This simple but clean hotel feed it primary mission to host you during your visit. I would say an ideal location for one or two nights.
Dearer but better than hotels nearer Lille Flanders, considerably cheaper than big name hotels near Lille Europe. A good standard of accommodation, the w-ifi worked fine for me. Reception was efficient. I didn't bother with the breakfast, I've had it before and it was nothing special. If you want to overnight in Lille after arriving at the Eurostar terminal or departing from it, this is, to me, the most rational option and it has the advantage of giving the whole of Lille a wide berth. I'm not a fan of Lille.
Stayed here for 1 night. Location is great, it is literally close to everything, a 2 minute walk from the eurostar station and situated at a huge shopping complex called Eurolille. The man at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful, he tolerated our terrible attempt of French with good humor and helped store our bags. Our room was not ready on arrival so he moved us to a new room. Room was small, but light and airy and moderately clean. Some small hairs in bed and a bit of dust around the edge of the room and behind the toilet. The night was quiet and without disturbance, despite being in such a central location. I also found the bed very comfortable for me personally, and I suffer with a bad back. We had a small mini fridge which will cost you 2.50€ for anything you buy from it, whether it be a single packet of crisps or a beer. Same price. But nothing major. The shower did take a few minutes to heat up in the morning so be aware of this. The buffet was nice too, a good selection of everything, although not much to choose from from each type. (i.e only two types of cereal,) but again this is minimal and I'm literally picking holes now. Overall, great way to start a day. I would give this hotel 4.5 stars if I could. Only thing that let it down was those two very minor cleanliness issues. Will definitely book again when we next return to lille.
We stayed at the Hotel Lille in the centre of town in December as a base to visit the Christmas market. We drove there and would advise contacting the hotel in advance for directions to the allocated parking as it is a little complicated. That said, when you're parked up it is very convenient. The rooms are clean and well decorated, bathrooms are nice with towels and gels provided. The base rooms have no tea/coffee making facilities although the more expensive ones do. Breakfast was ok, normal continental breakfast with plenty on offer on a self serve basis. The positioning of the hotel is perfect for the centre of town with just a 5 minute walk to the Christmas Market. If you went to Lille by train, the Hotel is a 2 minute walk, perfect! Ideal base, reasonably priced
A convenient location between the two train stations in the center of Lille. A fantastic breakfast room with glass walls and a decent breakfast. Part of that room may be used during the day as a substitute for the non-existent lobby. Helpful service. Rooms are anonymous and the windows cannot be opened. Prices in the average.
The rooms are small, simple and convenient. The bathroom and the sleeping room were quiet clean. Located centrally. You can reach the centre of the city immediately. The breakfast is ok, but the buffet is not very huge. We spent there one night. For this purpose it was in total a quiet recommendable place.
Travelled on the eurostar for the weekend to visit the Christmas market in Lille. The train station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Cafés and attractions are all a short walk away. The hotel is basic but comfortable and we found it to be clean. There was plenty to chose from at breakfast although it was very busy at times. Staff were polite and helpful we will return
Very basic. Clean comfy bed. No tea or coffee in the room and unable to purchase one if you don't have the breakfast at €10. Very bad WiFi and had used the allowance first night. No parking available so it cost €80 for 3 nights in multi storey. The water wasn't hot enough to shower in the morning but did get slightly better at night, -2 outside so a hot shower was much needed. Won't be going back.
This hotel reminds my of a shabby railway hotel from a movie. From the outside the building looks ok, but on the inside it falls apart. It starts at the front desk with reception staff who could;t be bothered , slow elevators, pathetic internet service, dirty rooms, hard beds and pillows, noisy backdrop, and everyday noise from other roooms. It is in a good location near the train station and shopping center but give it a miss.
Good location, right next to the station and within a 10-15 min walk from the main squares and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms. Does everything right. Perfect for a weekend away in Lille
