Perfect stay

Jamil is an excellent host and the property was clean, well stocked and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I've stayed at 2 of his properties and I look forward to more visits in the future!

Perfect homebase to explore horse and bourbon country

The house was well furnished for our group of six. Very comfortable beds and a nice fenced in yard. The location was very convenient for Keeneland and bourbon tours.

We had a wonderful trip visiting Ky. Jamil had a charming home. Great location from his home to the Ky Horse Park. Would definitely consider staying there again.

1st trip to Lexington

Jamil was the ultimate host, quick to reply with any questions I had. The house was well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. The location was quiet & we felt very comfortable. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Lexington.

Quiet locarion

Quiet location and central to our activities. The house accommodates suited our needs. It needs a thorough cleaning, however. Communication with the owner was very good.

The house was just as it appeared in the pictures. Clean, cozy, well appointed. The host was fantastic to communicate with. Absolutely no issues whatsoever! Will definitely stay again.

Great little house close to Kentucky horse park

Jamil was great! Home was clean, towels, beds were all great. Was able to park in garage. Only had to contact Jamil once but responded right away.

Wonderful

The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and very well stocked. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog and the patio was cozy. Ability to use the garage was a definite plus. You couldnt feel more at home and at ease. The neigborhood was quiet, relaxing and secure. Jamil was a spectacular host, always available and reponds immediately to any inquiries.

Christmas Lexington

House is nicely laid out and well appointed. Could have used some wine glasses or maybe we just couldn’t find them. Was during the major winter storm so appreciated having a garage available.

Perfect rental!

We rented this home for a horse show at the KY Horse Park. It was a very short drive, and the home was absolutely perfect. Clean, well decorated, and a wonderful fenced yard for my dogs. Will absolutely stay again!

Bourbon Trail

Met up with friends to hit the bourbon trail. The house was great - very clean with nice open space, comfortable furniture and beds with lots of extra touches (candles, throws, extra pillows). You could literally walk for miles in the neighborhood and since the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the small patio in the yard as well. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, comfortable and everything as advertised. Perfect location for us by Kentucky Horse Park. Property manager was phenomenal to work with any day, any time. Would be happy to stay here again.
