The TV did not work. In fact, we stayed at 3 different HI Express locations in the last week, and NONE of the TVs worked! And it was not operator error. Your TV services suck.

We were in town for college orientation. It was late when we got there. Check in didn’t take long and that was good because we were really tired.

The front lobby worker was dressed in a baggy t shirt and sweat pants. That should of been my first indication. I had requested a room with a roll away or cot or pull out bed. I was told i can pay extra for two queens. Customer service is horrible. No thank you, sorry, good afternoon... not even a smile. I was overcharged as well.

Checked in late. Guy at desk said there was availability on all three floors. Asked if I had a preference. I did not, expecting he would place me in the most desirable room available. Instead he placed me on the third floor, as far away from the elevator as possible. I did not say I wanted the most inconvient room . I merely trusted him to be considerate and use common sense

Person checking in spelled very strongly on Marijuana and while very friendly, came slowly walking in from smoking outside when he saw us arrive. We were a late check in, but it was the most unprofessional desk I had ever encountered at a Holiday Inn before. He looked like he could have been a guest or someone from off the streets. Breakfast the next morning was ok, but not great. Don't think I would probably stay here again after that experience.

The night time staff was not as welcoming and friendly as the a.m. staff. They seemed very unapproachable and looked VERY unprofessional. They actually looked like 2 homeless guys that came in and sat behind the desk. I think they should have some sort of uniform or name tag to identify that they work there.
